The room conditions were deplorable, I've never seen anything like it. Damp, mold, and pieces of plaster falling from the ceiling.

Excellent service. Picked up by shuttle bus and taken to hotel, which is a short ride away. Checkin was quick and receptionist was friendy, yet proessional. Upgraded me because of my booking and it was huge, with its own lounge area. Very clean and massive bed.

Comfortable accommodation, excellent staff support

UGenerally very satisfied with everything. Hotel also were helpful when we were bothered by teenagers from neighboring rooms that were part of some school or sporting trip. They moved us without an issue to a better room on a lower floor. Staff were also very helpful with using the hotel’s transfer vehicle to move us back and forth between the hotel and the airport terminal as required - we had to return the morning after our late arrival to pick up a rental car.

Welcome hotel, good stay

I enjoyed the welcome here, it is easy to get to from Izmir airport and easy booking in. The room is excellent, calm, relaxing and clean. The restaurant is handy and good food. I enjoyed the hotel. Thanks.

Great hotel so near the airport with shuttle

It is great to call and get picked up at the airport, not very long wait, the hotel is very near the airport so its great. Reception was easy, polite and respectful. Easy check in, surpringly quiet room, a non smoking one, it doesn't smell of stale smoking. Good free wifi, pleasant toom, tea and coffee available, tv all Turkish channels, well it is Turkey. All good, I'll have breakfast and take the shuttle from the hotel to departures, great value for money. 10 out of 10.
