This stunning, well-presented property is a short 600m stroll to the inlet beach as well as local oval and tennis courts. Perfect for 1 or 2 families or holidaying couples, this peaceful location is hard to beat and it is only a short walk to town!

The property features 3 stunning bedrooms, including a master with king-sized bed, en-suite bathroom and access to the private rear deck.
In addition to the covered outdoor dining area, the property benefits from an expansive decking area. With an outdoor lounge setting and oversize sun umbrella, this area is perfect to relax, take in the gardens, read a book or nap to the sound of the sea and will surely impress.

The second and third bedroom are serviced by a bathroom with large walk-in shower, second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has a bunk bed comprising of two king singles, and a trundle could be perfect for older kids or a separate room for an adult.

The spacious light-filled second living room has reverse cycle air conditioning for year-round comfort. With a double sofa bed and block out blinds, this room can comfortably sleep those added guests.
