Big & clean room with plenty of space for 2. Nice big balcony as well! Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was included which was a big plus! There was a small refrigerator for storing food as needed - it worked for what we needed. We enjoyed the stay here - would recommend & would stay again!

10 minutes walk from Interlaken Ost Station. 3 bus stops from Interlaken West Station. A good location and people are kind and nice but I wouldn’t stay here if I go next time. Not cheap hotel. No air condition available and no refrigerator in the room. Have to ask for shampoo because in the shower there is only a hand and body wash.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Artos. It’s less than a 10 minute walk to Interlaken Ost and is less than a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. The surrounding area is beautiful and our room had a great view of the mountains. Staff was great and very helpful.

Clean, comfy bed, spacious, quiet, good customer service, coffee tea provided on the ground area. Room with balcony but in a quiet neighbourhood. The building was sharing with elderly facilities. Bus stop 5 minutes walk, just prepared lots of walking so beware wearing comfy shoes. Train station is nearby but have to take a 5 mnt bus to the hotel, to find the hotel we have to use google map as the area had construction at that time, came through the back. We stayed for 2 days for 2 adults. Will stay there again as the price is very affordable for the location. Others are so expensive.

It wasn't clear in the listing it was a nursing home / religiously tied center (not to judge) but it was perhaps not the surprise we wanted to see. The location was odd and poorly lit. There was construction on one of the buildings which looked funny. Overall, no real complaints about the rooms or the staff themselves - it was just an odd vibe to be in what was effectively a religiously affiliated nursing home while being on a vacation

Great hotel 15 min walk from Interlaken Ost station. Very good sized room with nice bathroom and balcony. Nice quiet area. Close to bus stop and walkable to Ost and West train station and shops. Very enjoyable stay. Highly recommended.

Nothing great . Many hotels located closer to the station. And the property doesn’t have good beds or pillows. Uncomfortable mattresses and pillows. Overall everything else was fine but nothing great.
