This apartment is located in the dreamy village of Gollwitz, only about 200 m from the beach. From the small hallway of your first floor apartment you enter respectively the bedroom, the shower room and the comfortably furnished living room and bedroom, which welcomes you with flat screen TV, dining table and integrated mini kitchen. From here you also step onto the barbecue terrace, which opens onto a garden area with sandpit and paddling pool.



In one of the most beautiful places on the Baltic Sea, near Wismar, is the island of Poel, popularly known as the southernmost island of Scandinavia. It is connected to the mainland by a causeway. Gollwitz attracts with a very good water quality, and due to offshore sandbanks the beach here is particularly child-friendly. And those who bring their four-legged friends will be happy about the separate dog beach. The bird sanctuary island of Langenwerder, located directly off the coast, is an attraction for ornithologists and photo enthusiasts. In the immediate vicinity you will find restaurants, a small store for daily needs and tourist items, as well as a bicycle rental.

Unfassbar Dreckig

Da mittlerweile mehrere gleichartige Bewerbungen zu den Mißständen aufgetaucht sind, gehe ich hier von Vorsatz aus. Es wird eine Reinigungspauschale berechnet, aber es findet keine Reinigung statt. Das Objekt war am Anreisetag nicht nutzbar und wurde durch mich sauber gemacht. Ich habe das zuständige Ordnungsamt informiert und werde die zuständige Gesundheitsbehörde ebenfalls in Kenntnis setzen. Solchen Leuten gehört das Handwerk gelegt. Nie wieder!!!!!!!

An sich eine schöne Wohung mit kurzem Weg zum Strand

Die Ferienwohnung ist an sich sehr schön, es fehlt aber die Liebe zum Detail bei der Einrichtung. Die Küche ist klein und bietet nicht viel Platz zum Verstauen und ist auch nur notdürftig ausgestattet. Z.B. gibt es nur 1 Weinglas und 1 Sektglas. Auch an Kochutensilien mangelt es etwas. Sauberkeit war ok, allerdings gibt es an den Wänden ein paar unschöne Flecken (sieht aus wie Schimmel). Ein Staubsauger und Putzmittel sind leider auch nicht vorhanden, nur ein kleiner Besen und Handfeger.

Schön, ruhig, erholsam

Schöne helle Ferienwohnung, vielleicht sollten mal einige altersschwache Utensilien ausgetauscht werden (Kabel von Kaffeemaschine zeigt schon die Innereien, Stehlampe im Wohnraum löst sich langsam auf, 1 Terrassen-Stuhl nicht benutzbar, war uns aber egal, wir waren nur zu zweit und 4 Stühle standen zur Verfügung.) Die Küche und das Bad waren sehr sauber, in den anderen Zimmern durfte man nicht in die Ecken schauen wegen der Spinn - und Staubweben. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön und ruhig, die Leute, egal ob andere Urlauber oder Gastronomen und Wirte sind super nett. Wir werden hier immer wieder Urlaub machen 😊
