Umständlich aber ok

Leider hat der Check in Computer nicht funktioniert. Daher mussten wir uns durch eine Hotline kämpfen, bis wir den Code für unser Zimmer bekommen haben. Das Zimmer war ok, leider doch es im Bad nach altem Rauch. Direkt nach unserer Abfahrt kam dann eine Mail mit einer Rechnung, die wir innerhalb von sieben Tagen zahlen sollten. Was im Urlaub natürlich schwierig ist.
