Friendly staff, large comfortable room and easy checkin. For how large room is, the bathroom was so tiny you almost needed to get in show to shut the door, toilet basically it’s the toilet. Pool was nice but hot tub looked like water wasn’t the right color so needed some attention. Both relatively minor to us.

Room was excellent other than the couch. Kinda dirty, stained and old. Service was excellent, breakfast good, quality gym but pool water was rather funky looking and the hotub was nice but jets werent operating at full capacity so no bubbles or massage. 7.8/10 stay. Thank you

The staff were friendly and kind, we had no need to ask for help or anything. The room was clean and great! It is in a good location with restaurants and activities within 5-10 minutes. Just be aware that the pool does allow children during the whole open time. We had to deal with unsupervised children in the pool and the hot tub. If the hotel implemented a few hours where children weren’t allowed, I’m positive more adults would have been in the pool and would not have walked away after seeing how many children there were. (No fault of the hotels but maybe a thought to change) Breakfast and the soap in the rooms were greet. Coffee was spot on!

A little outdated but room was very clean, staff is friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was amazing for a free breakfast! We got a 2 bedroom suite, one of the bathroom doors wouldn't close all the way but not a big deal since they are private but should still be fixed. I would definitely stay again for a pacers game. Pool was also nice but a little dirty and hot tub is nice and deep but jets aren't very strong

The room looked nice until you started looking closely. Corroded light fixtures, paint touchup over paint touchup, poor patch job on the ceiling, you had to walk sideways past the bed to get into the bathroom. Some of this will be addressed as the front desk says they are expecting to start renos in late 2026. Common areas seemed nice for the most part. The property is right off the interstate and there was a lot of noise from the highway. The furnace kicked on by making a horrible noise like an air raid siren for about 10 seconds, then a jet plane-volume fan noise while running, and loud dripping noises intermittently. We didn’t find any of this out until it woke us in the night, several times. We did not get much sleep. To their credit, the front desk manager apologized immediately when we talked in the morning and comped the stay.
