i just didn’t like that they didn’t have irons in the rooms and when we asked for one at the front desk they where always busy

Room were very nice. But, service not so good. They never came to clean room when asked why they said they only clean once a week. Had to ask for clean towels and was to told we had to bring them to front desk to exchange for new ones. Never have I heard of such thing. When asked about soap she tried to show me with the stay included. I said y’all don’t supply soap replacements, wowwww! If I use again I’ll make sure I bring my own toiletries.

We were a couple that stayed for one night only. The room was average but clean. The towels were limited to only two bath towels and two hand towels. Another down side for me was that they didn't have a coffee machine in the room.

Everything about this property was amazing, except the bed. The bed was too noisy & worse of all, it was very uncomfortable & made my back & sides hurt after sleeping. I woke up multiple times & woke up feeling tired. I had room 127. The door was also a nightmare. The door knob was very stiff & hurt my hand to open it. Then when closing it, you either had to pull hard or push it in more to fully close.

This place was unexpected nice and clean. Flooring is thin and I can hear walking above me. Would like to have dishes silverware and pots and pans to use at the hotel.
