This is a place to stay one night if traveling through. Bed was uncomfortable. Service sub par. Have to book to have the room cleaned and then it wasn’t cleaned as requested. When I inquired, was told that I could always bring the soiled towels down to exchange for new ones. Seriously?!? Hotel was not busy at all. Observed cleaning staff just loitering around with nothing to do. Left a full cup of coffee on the first day of check in and it was discarded while I was moving my luggage in to the lobby. This is probably the worse hotel I have stayed in. Manager doesn’t care, repeats the same response all the time like a script. Staff always looking bored and staring at their phones. There was only one guy who worked the night shift who cared and actually took pride in his job. Just kept telling myself to be grateful for a place to stay, shower to take and a bed to sleep on. When you have to fall back onto a gratitude list to stay at a hotel, you know it’s bad. J

The manager of the property I don’t recall his name. Very nice guy bald with glasses. Runs a very professional staff and hotel. We will be back.

Great service. I do not recall the managers name he was bald with glasses. Very personable and efficient. His staff was a perfect representation of him and the hotel. No complaints we will back!!
