We very much enjoyed our stay in this house in Indio. It was indeed spacious, and all other features of the property were exactly as described in the listing. The house was clean; check in was smooth and easy, the neighborhood in the country club is nice, and the value received for the price we paid was great. This is not a luxury accommodation, but we didn’t expect it be. Proximity to stores and restaurants is very good, as was the proximity to Indian Wells Tennis Garden for the annual tournament, which was our primary reason for coming to the area.We had a couple of very minor maintenance issues to deal with during our stay, and the host was super quick to respond to our communications and very helpful in getting things resolved, which was greatly appreciated! We would definitely stay here again!

Indio Stay

The host Cabell was a great communicator and very accommodating. The area the home is located is gated, very safe & well looked after. The home itself was well appointed with all the expected appliances, housewares and conveniences. The master bedroom area in particular is very nice and the other two rooms are more than adequate to sleep up to 4 guests. Lots of stores in the nearby areas to buy food and pharmacy items. Definitely a good & safe rental choice if you want to stay in the Indio area which is about a 45 minute drive from downtown Palm Springs.

Nice house in golf community

This is a nice well appointed house in a golf course community. The house is sunny and backs to a greenbelt. The house is well stocked and Cabell was very responsive and accommodating. There is access to several community pools and a lifestyle center which includes tennis/pickleball courts, bocce ball and a weight room. The only negative is the back patio is only a few feet from the neighbors pool pump which was noisy and ran most of the time we were there.
