Nestled in the heart of Indio, just minutes from the iconic Empire Polo Club—home of the Coachella Festival—this spacious and charming 2-bedroom home with a detached casita and a private pool is located in a peaceful, well-maintained neighborhood perfect for festival-goers and relaxation seekers alike.

Note: This is a quiet, residential area—perfect for relaxation but close enough to the action. No large parties allowed. Maximum occupancy allowed is 6.

Vacation rental agreement will be completed for stays over 30 days at the check-in with the renter’s copy of ID.

Optional pool heating is available at an additional cost of $65 / day. Pool can be heated upon your arrival to a comfortable 86 degrees. Request pool heating at the time of the reservation.

Fantastic Property and Host

My friends and I came out for Coachella weekend 1 and had an incredible weekend. The property had spacious and well kept bedrooms with a great outdoor area and pool. We even walked back a couple of nights from the campgrounds which was only about 30-45 minutes. It is only 3 miles from the entrance. Huge lots between neighbors and great amenities.
