Our stay was very disappointing. Communication with the host was extremely difficult from the start. The contact number listed was incorrect, and we did not receive arrival instructions or departure instructions. We also did not receive the WiFi information until halfway through our stay. The listing was also inaccurate, particularly regarding the sleeping arrangements. In addition, several things in the home were not working, including the kitchen sink and dishwasher, and the sliding door to the backyard was broken and very difficult to open and close. There were also no extra basic supplies like toilet paper provided.When I contacted the host about the sink and dishwasher, there was no timely resolution. During a phone call, the host became defensive, accused us of breaking the appliances, threatened to charge us, and hung up. Overall, this was a frustrating experience, and I would not stay here again. I would recommend others consider different options.
