Disliked: Cleanliness
The property itself was very nice. We chose this property because of the high ratings and seemingly comfortable living spaces. But we were extremely surprised because unfortunately we were greeted with an uncleaned property. The stairs on the carpet and the carpet in the living spaces were covered in lint, crumbs, and dirt. The hard floors had food stains and the bathrooms were sticky. The bathtub/showers had hair in them! The sinks were not cleaned, there was leftover liquid soap in them. There was no coffee stocked at all. The worst part was that the beds were made but in the sheets, in all the beds, there was hair and dirt from previous people. We immediately reached out to the manager, and they were responsive. But they stated that the cleaner had been sick and they did not inform the manager that they didn’t finish cleaning. They did offer to clean the property immediately but it was already past 10 pm unfortunately, so we changed our own sheets, vacuumed the floors and went to bed. They sent cleaners the next day, but we felt that it still was not cleaned to the expectations of the ratings others had given.Otherwise there are three sets of stairs for the entire building, two stairs to get to the bedrooms, so anyone with elderly family needs to keep this in mind. The rooftop is nice but it is another set of stairs to the top, with only the rooftop at the top, not much indoors area.
