This updated farmhouse offers 2 queen beds, 1 crib, 2 full beds, 1 sofa bed, and 1 full air mattress for a perfect stay. Guests will feel right at home with plenty of space for everyone in the 2700sq ft home. Enjoy the excellent amenities like the fire pit, game room, and yard/board games during your stay! Only 8.7 miles to Lucas Oil & Indy! Just 5 miles away from all of your needs! (Dining, Axe throwing, malls & more!) We look forward to hosting you at our place.

Things to note* garage will be unavailable while we are moving due to us using it for storage temporarily. We sincerely apologize and will update as soon as it is available for use! Driveway and grass lane available for parking. Hot tub has been removed due to guests putting a hole in it. I apologize for any inconvenience.

Location was great for our families needs. Only 4 miles from food and shopping, 30 minutes to local family, and 20 minutes to downtown for the event we were in town for. House was clean and tidy, it had the seasonings and pans and such that we needed for our stay. Beds were all comfortable, the one overflow room upstairs with the couch and games was a bit warm but by bedtime the person sleeping in there felt it was okay. The porch was a lovely place to hangout together. The host was super responsive and even reached out on day 2 to check in and see if we needed anything. We would definitely stay here again in the future if we ever needed a place to stay in Indy again!

Absolutely loved this property. Host was accommodating, quick to reply, and so friendly. Property is beautiful, home decor inviting, tons of great games, and children friendly with fenced area, and toys and games, as well as child safety features everywhere. Close to everything in Greenwood. Will definitely stay again.
