Standalone 3 Br carriage house beautiful country scenery, mini-kitchen, grill, patios, fire pits, games and more. You'll have the entire carriage house which is detached from the main house with its own private entrances. We live on property in main house. 5 minutes to quaint Noblesville and Cicero downtown, Morse Lake Marina, kayaking/fishing/tubing at White River and walking distance to Potter's Bridge nature trails. 15 minutes to Ruoff Concert Pavilion and Grand Park sports complex. Parking, Pet Friendly. Flex check-in/out times. You are welcome to enjoy the property, patio and fire-pit areas.
2 Bedrooms are divided by barn doors, other bedroom has full-sized bunks. All memory foam. Plenty of linens, hair dryer, curling iron, iron, toiletries. Dishes, coffee/tea provided. Cable TV, gaming devices, books, games and firewood.
