Great Value in the Heart of Indy!

We stayed at the Hyatt House in Indy during a midwest roadtrip. We chose it because it appeared to be one of the newer hotels in town and it was centrally located. We had a great stay. We walked to a lot of great restaurants and entertainment venues. The room was clean and spacious with a nice city view. There was a late night snack bar with a great selection available for purchase, and the free breakfast and coffee hit the spot before getting back on the road the next morning. They offered valet parking onsite, but I just parked in the underground mall parking lot a block away for $30/nt. Will definitely stay here again when we return.

The hotel is extremely nice! Great food, friendly staff, even the breakfast crew is amazing. The pool is a little on the shallow side, but is nice and warm, so I didn’t mind so much. I think if there was any caution I’d have, would be if you get a city view room, the room is not sound proof, so you hear all the commotion going on at night down below. The view of the Pacers stadium was neat though. All in all it was a great stay though, and I’d totally come back!

Location and service !! Perfect

We loved this hotel. Location was perfect, the service was great. There was an event on during our stay so the breakfast area was busy but you could still get everything you wanted without waiting. Walking distance to great restaurants and all the monuments.

Staff was nice. However, it seemed that they were very under staffed based on how long it would take to fulfill basic requests. Breakfast was too early for someone with child under 1 to make it. 6 am to 9 am. It didn't really live up to the name Hyatt.

Great Location

We were going to a Pacers game and this was the perfect location. We were directly across the street from the arena. Please note that the area is not kid (family) friendly at night. After the game we tried to find something to eat. IF the place was open, then you had to be 21, to go in… I’m not talking “bars” , it was anywhere. We went to a place for burgers and there were probably 12 people total in the place, and we were not able to enter because we had our teenage kids with us. Wing Stop was the only place we found available and it was lined out the door and carry-out only.
