Rooms and property clean and area was safe. Plenty of parking. Breakfast options could be better. Pool was closed one day, so did not use. Would stay again.

Room was not cleaned between the previous occupant and my stay. Because I arrived at 1:00 AM and had a meeting at 8:00, I didn’t want to go through the hassle of changing rooms once I realized what happened after checking into my room. It was not pleasant to stay there.

Brand new everything.. little close to the highway

Brand new, beds, ev charging close to restaurants and highway. Only downfall it’s very close to the highway.. that noise was pretty loud. My husband slept right thru it but I had a bit of cold and was sleeping lighter than usual so I heard all night If your a heavy sleeper you’ll be fine, very comfortable otherwise and new

Brand New 20 Minute Uber to Downtown

Brand new property - rooms are big, spacious and well lit. Hotel is right off the highway so only a 20 minute Uber to downtown. Highway traffic can be a bit noisy for rooms closer to the highway. Starbucks within a walk.

The hotel and staff was quite nice. We will know in future to ask for rooms on the parking side of the hotel. The noise of the adjacent highway is a little noticeable, but not enough to keep us from sleep. The hotel was great, but Expedia booking service was horrible. When we got here, he only had one of our two reservations available in his system. We had to call Expedia my friend and I each called at the same time. I got a person who said that he would have to make a new reservation, even though I had already paid for two, and fortunately, my friend got an agent who verified the booking we had made and call the front desk directly and sent whatever authorization was needed so great hotel we will avoid Expedia in future

Great accommodations for NASCAR wknd in Indy. It was hotter than Hades at the track —110° heat indexes made for terrible conditions to cover 4+ miles each day. Do I have unnatural thoughts about that shower a month later? Kinda. THE. WATER. PRESSURE. in that shower was something to write home —well, at least write a review— about. Room was super clean. Kitchenette was super handy. But it didn’t need to be. Because *that shower* (and cozy beds) were all we paid attention to at the end of an exhausting day. So stay here if you’re Speedway-bound and thank me later.

Bad service from the night clerk

My experience was bad because someone kept reporting my room for noise complaints even tho I was eating pizza and watching movies and there were soccer teams youth just running up down the hallways knocking on doors playing the elevator yet not one complaint but me and my kids in our room watching movies and eating garners noise complaints and the night clerk was very unprofessional and harassed me and my kids multiple times we actually was in a room whispering trying to communicate absolutely terrible experience
