They gave our king bed room to someone else. Gave us a downgrade to double Queen. Gave us room 317 to go to the room to find out was already occupied. Then assigned us to 524 an at 630am someone tried to enter our room work a working room key. Lucky we had the door latch locked. Will not stay there ever again and will tell everyone we know to never stay at a Holiday Inn.

The freshness of the food was questionable and constantly had to be asking for utensils and plates. Not many options available. Stayed for 4 days and they had the same food and the staff in charge of it weren’t very helpful at all. I don’t think I’ll stay at this hotel again.

Got home today from a two-day stay at the Holiday Inn Indianapolis Downtown. Our room was a 2 queen standard room, and it was very clean and spacious, perfect for the four of us. I called ahead to ask a few questions and advise we would arrive after midnight, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a variety of items, and the staff in the breakfast area was hustling to keep the food refreshed the tables cleaned. We were in town for an event at Lucas Oil Stadium, and not only was the stadium a quick walk from the hotel, but we were surprised with a great view of the stadium from our room. Great stay---would definitely return.
