Staff in the front desk was very kind, the physcial hotel could use a lot of maintenance. The bathroom was not cleaned well ,could see pink spots around the bathtub, the walls are super thin so we could hear the room next door and the toilet had some issues with the plumbing. Do not reccomend , hope they perform some maintenance on this building.

Paid for breakfast that was to start at 6am. Arrived 5-10 minutes early, no big deal. I grabbed a coffee and set down at a table. I could plainly hear someone in the kitchen yelling at someone else about being lazy! 6am came and passed, still the yelling continued. Gentleman brought out food to the warmers

Spacious and comfortable room/ suite. Bathroom amenities are mediocre quality product. Elevators are slow and dirty, and there’s not a true restaurant inside this hotel. Paid parking lot and spaces are limited with an agreement with an adjoining parking garage that allows you to park there at the same price which the hotel offers.

The property was very clean. We liked it very much upon arrival. We did not get our two bedroom queen. We got a one bed. We also did not receive breakfast because they ran out. Also, upon checking out no one ever came to the desk so I had to write a note on my card saying we checked out.

Breakfast ran out early the first day with cold cereal left and then no milk. Room keys stopped working frequently. They stated this was because of the stadium but even those who didn’t go there had problems. Overall the rooms are maintained ok but well out of date. I had to request extra towels even though I reserved the room and states how many were staying. Staffing seems minimal almost like they just maintained since leaner Covid days. They are doing their best but overwhelmed if more than one person needs something at any time.
