Absolutely amazing! The last Fairfield we stayed at was horrible, but this one was amazing! I do not have a single complaint! The bed and pillows were super comfy. The room was very clean. Pool was small but clean! The outside patio area was great! The breakfast was fantastic!

Room was incredible, two TV’s, couch, work desk. Big walk in shower. Negatives would include not enough outlets beside bed for charging phones etc. Front desk person same checking in and out was not welcoming or particularly nice.

The stay was great. But need to address the pool. That was one reason we stayed there was for the pool. The pool was disgustingly dirty. They did a chemical shock Saturday morning. So couldn’t swim during our stay. Even though the staff said it was ok. It is not, you are not suppose to swim in it for 24 hours. Because of the chemicals. They didn’t have a sign up to tell you the pool was out of service. We had to go to the front desk and then they told us. There were other families that wanted to swim. Plus there were a lot of kids there because of a baseball tournament that would have swam, for sure. These things should be scheduled before the weekend. Weekends are usually busier than during the week. Poor management on that.

Everything you’d want for a basic stay

-Convenient location -Proximal to food, gasoline while staying close to the highway -Friendly personnel, from counter staff to the lady tending to the breakfast -Room was clean, the curtains worked well, the bed and pillows were comfortable, the toiletries provided were the wall mounted bottles (more eco-friendly) -A/C and heat worked perfectly The only negative was that the restroom sink handle came off. The front desk person stepped away for a moment and so I was not able to mention this upon check-out, unfortunately. Not a critical negative but if I had to call something out, it was this. It was a great stay overall.

Didn’t appreciate checking into my room at midnight only to smell pee all night and wake up to find dirty pee and poop stained pants and underwear beside one of the queen beds. When I asked them to come clean it up I was told they would get to it. 45 minutes later after the head of housekeeping tried to go off on me they finally showed up to pick up the pee and poop pants and underwear off the floor. The way we were treated there, I will NEVER stay at another Fairfield Inn and Suites and we travel every weekend for basketball. Worst customer service I’ve had at a hotel ever. Save your money and peace and stay somewhere else.

Two rooms we were placed in had unclean beds. One the bed had clearly been used and the other it appeared the sheets weren’t changed as there were pizza stains and crumbs in the sheets. We won’t be staying there again.
