Guests are granted exclusive access to the entire home, excluding the garage which is reserved for storage. Parking is available freely on our driveway, appropriately fitting 2-3 cars.

This home is in a quiet residential neighborhood on a cul-de-sac. This neighborhood is only minutes to everything; restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, etc.



Getting Around:

If you brought a car we have a driveway that can fit 2-3 cars. If not, no worries, Uber and Lyft typically pick up within minutes

All of your information is securely handled and deleted upon checkout. You will have the option to pay a refundable security deposit or non refundable waiver.



This property is equipped with exterior security cameras located at the front entrance/driveway as well as the backyard. These are motion activated and can be remotely monitored to ensure a secure and comfortable stay. Additionally, we have a Minut sensor inside the home in the main living area that tracks sound levels and smoke detection but does not record audio. Tampering with the cameras or sensor will result in additional fees.
