Love the staff here, so friendly and professional. The shuttle service is amazing and if you need to park a car for an around trip, it’s only a $5 parking fee!

Pretty nice place with a few shortcomings

Room was nice and clean, we had to switch rooms because the A/C didn’t work and it didn’t work much better in the new room. The refrigerator isn’t a refrigerator so don’t try to keep perishables in it. Apparently it’s a chiller and only runs for 2 hours. Also no fan in the bathroom to remove steam. Breakfast wasn’t very good but it was free. We had a room to the inside of the hotel and we couldn’t hear the planes at all.

The hotel was very beautiful. I did not realize the wasn't a pool. That was disappointing. The problem with cleanliness, it has a bad smell, like musty dirty carpet.

The hotel A/C was not working when we arrived. The desk man said nothing and let us pay. Our room was in the upper 70's and he only told us about the problem when we called to say the thermostat was dead. It did come on after 15 minutes but over 3 days it was never, ever down to the temperature we set. We called the desk to request a third set of towel/wash cloth (the reservation was for 3, but only 2 sets were in the room). The desk didn't answer the phone so I had to walk down and request towels personally. Housekeeping brought them by fairly soon. Otherwise the place was okay, but not very new and less than we expected. Curiously, the TV volume minimum was louder than we preferred, which is odd. I understand a limit that prevents one from disturbing adjacent room guests. I cannot see why we couldn't lower the volume to a quieter level. We didn't use the bar or restaurant. Location is easy for driving.

Got locked in elevator for about 15-20 minutes. Staff kept trying to pull the elevator open. Not one word was spoken and never heard from a manager or anything.Beey very disappointed in the manger as I am a manager myself.

I was there for a quick one night stay over before catching my next flight. The room was very clean, professionally docored and with modern, top notch facilities. The bed was comfortable. The receptionist gave bottles of water on arrival. The property itself is large and modern, with plenty of space around the lobby to just hand around. They gave a free shuttle ride to the airport. Overall a great experience.

The bathroom in my room was not well clean and the toilet did not flush well. I appreciated the early check in - the receptionist was amazing! On my check out the staff member was not cordial... Shuttle from and to the airport was super convenient!
