The overall stay was good. The only complaint is the trash left outside the door of our room. Would definitely stay again.

Average to below average

Apartment was okay. Refrigerator was not working. I had to plug it in a different outlet. Microwave didn’t work. Bed sagged and had no support. Several lights were out patio door in the bedroom would not lock. After day one of my stay I contacted property. They apologized and said someone would be out to fix problems. No one ever came. Parking was not included which is highly inconvenient.

We enjoyed our stay very much. When we arrived, the space was spotless and comfortable, very welcoming. The apartment had everything we needed and more. I highly recommend a stay here as it is located in walking distance to great shopping, dining, and various other entertainment options, and is comparable to most hotels in the area, but way better than staying in a hotel room. Felt right at home.

Cozy suites ruined my day

I was not able to get access to the property.And I had to go after driving for more than twelve hours and get another hotel. They have a virtual check in system. Moreover , it was not a regular hotel , so there was no one on site. I was standing on a sidewalk with my bags. It was a regular apartment building where they use an apartment. Two of the residents walked out and they were not a hotel. Because I have been on a asked to check in with my government I d I thought I was getting swindled. I shut down my debit card, And went to another hotel. They sent an access code to me at midnight. Because there's nobody there in person. You are asked to do things that you never have anywhere else. I was in indianapolis to attend a funeral.

While the apartment itself was very nice and clean, the area and the building were disgusting. There was human feces in front of the building and the hallway smelled awful. It is regretful that the things that make this location bad are outside of the owners control.
