The fire alarm went off at 4am for several minutes and then continued going off randomly like 2-3 times per hour for several hours after. Also, there were several parking spots in the parking lot that had dog feces in them so you had to really pay attention so you didn’t step in it.

There was literally dog crap on the sidewalks and all over the parking lot. My 2nd night stay was miserable. Fire alarms started malfunctioning at 4am in the whole building. A loud piercing noise that hurt your ears. So we got up and rushed outside to freeze while waiting on the fire department. The FD came, got the alarm shut off and said no issue. So we go back inside.. finally fall back asleep only for the alarms to go off again at 5:30am. This time no fire department assistance, they just let them go off. It was 8:00 when we finally just packed up & left and they were still going off. Ruined the whole trip, a reputable business would have refunded the night to everyone that stayed there, however that wasn’t the case. Stay somewhere else, you won’t regret it.

Let me start off by saying I am not from the area. I have stayed at the candle wood suites twice now and am currently about to book my 3rd trip. The staff there is absolutely amazing! So accommodating and kind! The rooms are lovely and the beds are comfy and clean!

It was just very underwhelming and felt dirty. I didn’t feel comfortable there whatsoever. Once I finally fell asleep I slept fine, but it just didn’t feel clean. The room had a funny smile as soon as I entered. The staff was friendly I didn’t complain but just wasn’t like the candlewood suites I’ve stayed at before

The room was not very clean. The bathroom had stuff on the walls and door that needed to be cleaned. There was a bug in the room on the wall. The room had a smell to it.
