The room was spacious and clean. It was convenient to have a small kitchen space. It could use a full size coffee maker. The bed was very comfortable and we never heard major outside noise. Unfortunately, one of the two elevators was not functioning, but that was a minor inconvenience.

Elevators need to be fixed & both working !!

Our room was spacious and clean. A little dated, but maintained. There is no breakfast so bring what you need. Lobby is very small. No canopy to unload and when it’s raining makes it miserable checking in. They leave a van for hotel parked in the way of the unloading area. The elevator(s) .. one had been broken for 6 months & not fixed yet. The one running is extremely slow & noisy in the event of an emergency at this hotel, you will not make it out safely. We were on the 6th floor & it worried me. Having recent knee replacements I could Not have ran down stairs if I had to. Area around the hotel is questionable. Our car was fine, but the areas around hotel is very run down. There’s no store or restaurants close by. Center parking lot floods horrible so don’t park there if it rains. We had no issues on our stay, but I would not stay here again.

Nice concept, bad execution

The good: The concept of it being a mini appartment is really nice! However, we couldn't find a room with two beds. They offered only a King bed and a pull-out couch. Also, a portion of the floor of our kitchen was sticky. Lastly there are two elevators of which one did not work at all and the other made all sorts of sounds while going up or down. Oh, and the button to call it did not work, so you were always unsure of when the elevator was going to come. Lastly, the neighborhood is ok on one side, but really not-ok on the other. There is nothing walking distance from the hotel.

Well worth the stay very clse to local hospitals

Great clean room. Very nice hotel. You're needing a clothes room to any of the local hospitals as methodist riley or eskenazi very close very worth the money will definitely stay again
