We had dirty sheets. We had an old cucumber left in our refrigerator. Hotel smells like mildew. Asked for extra pillows and blankets, we never got them. Breakfast was terrible. Horrible part of Indy

Was only there over night. Location was ok. I wasn't there long enough to give much feedback. I will say it is close to down town. When I pulled up there were 4 squad cars out front and when I walked in there were at least 4 or 5 officers coming out of the elevator, not sure why.

The property was convenient to the Gainsbridge Field house and it was a nice area. However with a little TLC this place could be better. The smell in the rooms was awesome and you could not open the windows to get fresh air. The staff was very standoff and not friendly. The breakfast was below my expectation, if someone was just paying close attention to things it could be better. Clean the tables, keep the waffle mix filled, keep the coffee filled and maybe be approachable to the guest so they feel welcome. All this place needs is extra care.

The staff was great, breakfast was excellent, the place was clean and well cared for; the building seemed a bit old, AC was noisy. It was a comfortable, affordable option for our conference at the Indiana Convention Center.

Room is OK - dated but clean. Long, narrow hallway is not well air conditioned. Checkin fast and easy. Convenient covered parking. Not far from skid row. Short walk to downtown restaurants and shopping. Either hidden frequent nearby freight train or jet engine testing facility a block or two away. Overall grade a B minus.

Bathroom faucet was totally detached from the counter, did not look like it just happened. Hotel didn't bother to fix it before releasing the room again. Felt like they didn't care for our comfort. Front desk staff can be more friendly..

Just Okay – Not Worth the Price Yet

The hotel was just okay overall. I was in town for a business trip and found several areas that could use improvement. My shower was missing basic toiletries like body wash, conditioner, and hand soap. The bed was quite uncomfortable, which made it hard to get a good night's rest. The elevator was extremely small—barely fit two people with minimal luggage—which was inconvenient. While there were signs of recent attempts to upgrade the property, the execution fell short. The bathroom sinks were cracked, wall repairs were poorly patched, and paint touch-ups didn’t match the original color, giving the room a neglected feel. Breakfast was also underwhelming. On the first morning, they had run out of drinks and cups, and these weren't replenished until the following day. Overall, the stay was manageable, but I wouldn’t choose this hotel again unless improvements are made.

Good hotel in downtown Indianapolis.

Room clean and comfortable, but a bit spartan. Only soap provided was up above the bathtub, where it was a bit hard to reach. Lighting and parking adequate.

Bad experience

I had to cancel because my event got cancelled. The hotel is not being accommodating what so ever about any refund. The hotel itself was gross and the room smelled. Had it been nicer I would’ve just stayed the night. The air vent was extremely loud and did not properly work. The vent in the bathroom sounded like it was about to come off the wall it was so loud. The elevator was small enough for maybe 2 people and extremely outdated. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone especially for $280 for 1 night.
