This is the spot for summer fun! Enjoy 100 feet on the East side of Burt Lake. This sunset haven has four bedrooms, four bathrooms and enough space to host an unforgettable stay on one of Northern Michigan’s best lakes.

Bring your boat and dock it on the boat hoist (5,000 lbs). Close to Petoskey (35 mins) & Mackinaw City (29 mins). Tour the local breweries, wineries, the beautiful Indian River, which flows through downtown Indian River to Mullett Lake.

Gorgeous lake views and absolutely amazing sunsets! It was a great midway point in northern Michigan to experience different areas conveniently… Mackinaw Island, Tunnel of Trees, Charlevoix, Petosky…. Big spacious home with plenty of room for the 8 of us. The stairs are fairly steep if have mobility issues. Was great that 1 bedroom is on the main floor which served well for our BIL that uses a cane. The kitchen was stocked fairly well with necessary items. We enjoyed our time very much. Would recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is beautiful. The house was very nice - loved the lake view from the kitchen and the family room. Enjoyed looking for stones on our little beach. Plenty of parking for our 3 cars.

Deck needs a lot of work, glad to have the generator, as there was a bad storm and power was out, weather was very hot and humid. Beautiful sunsets every night! Overall, a very nice place to stay!

Family vaca

Lots of room for 10 people. Nice layout. Clean. Needs central air. Gets hot in front of cottage in the afternoon. Has portable air conditioners. Zillions of fish flies outside and little black flying insects inside. House manager very responsive. Otherwise an enjoyable week!

Right on the water

I stayed at this house on my annual ice fishing trip. We were able to get on some nice walleye right behind the house. The check in process was easy and the property manager is very responsive. The only downside is not related to the home. The driveway was hard to navigate, but that was because I was pulling a trailer. Overall, I would stay at this home again
