Wake up to breathtaking Atlantic Ocean views from this spacious oceanfront condo in beautiful Indian Harbour Beach, Florida. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo offers approximately 1,350 sq ft of comfortable coastal living with a private balcony overlooking the beach.

The balcony is accessible from both the living room and the primary bedroom suite, allowing you to wake up in your king-sized bed and enjoy a beautiful sunrise over the Atlantic. From the balcony you may also spot rocket launches from Kennedy Space Center, dolphins playing in the surf, or cruise ships departing Port Canaveral.

Located on a quiet stretch of beach, guests can enjoy the ocean without the crowds often found in nearby Cocoa Beach. The balcony is perfectly positioned to provide beautiful ocean views while also offering comfortable afternoon shade.

We stayed at this rental when we were dropping off our son at FIT. Originally, I was unsure about renting this condo because, even though it received very good reviews, the latest review was from over a year ago. I wrote to the management team about my concerns and received a prompt response answering my questions so I made the reservation. I have now booked four vacation rentals through VRBO, all with very good results, but this condo was definitely the best one. It was clean, updated and very well-stocked. We only had to buy food. The management team emailed all of the information in a timely manner so there was no guessing as to what to do. The condo is tastefully decorated and feels homey without seeming cluttered. It was a wonderful stay. We are already planning to rebook this condo when we return to visit our son.

AMAZING views!

Beautiful condo, wonderful views, clean, well-stocked in kitchen and has beach gear (umbrella, 3 chairs, boogie board), loved having washer/dryer in condo, not crowded beach yet close to tourist areas (Cocoa Beach, Orlando, etc). Many groceries and nice restaurants, fast-food restaurants, nearby. Malls, movie theaters - all within a short distance. Favorite local dinner restaurant: Bunky's, and if you like breakfast - check out "Beachside Cafe" - worth it! Only 4 miles from condo. Would definitely rent here again!

Best Vacation because of this property!

This property was just as described. So clean and beautiful. Had everything we needed and even bougie boards for my daughter. If we ever visit this area again we’ll be booking this place. The one and only suggestion would be different shower heads with more pressure and a hose attachment. My daughter and I both have long and thick hair so washing the products out took longer than usual. But that’s it. Pool and beach were so nice as well. Just a couple steps out the door.

Memorial Weekend Getaway

We enjoyed our stay over Memorial weekend. The condo is in an excellent location with easy access to shops, restaurants and attractions. The beach was beautiful and not crowded at all especially for a holiday weekend. The condo itself was well stocked and very comfortable. We were even lucky enough to see a sea turtle come out of the ocean, build a nest and lay her eggs and retreat back to the ocean. Overall, it was a great stay and we would stay there again.

Great Spring Break!

Great, quiet location right on the beach. The rental had everything we needed for the beach; a few bogey boards, 4-5 chairs, an umbrella, a few sand toy shovels. We went to Cocoa Beach and Kennedy Space Center, which were quick and easy drives. We had two adults and 2 kids 14/10, they loved it as well. Would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay!

Clean, modern, quiet condo right on the beach. Well equipped kitchen, plenty of towels. Having washer & dryer in the unit was nice. Able to watch rocket launches from the balcony. Night time rocket launch was amazing to see! King bed was comfortable, but squeaky. Condo is pretty sound proof from the surrounding neighbors, which is a huge plus. Condo is not right above the pool, which also cuts down on noise. Would stay here, again!

Relaxing

Overall our month long stay was really relaxing and fairly quiet. It was so nice taking walks on the beach every day, watching launches and seeing cruise ships go by. The kitchen needs a deep cleaning around the dishwasher and by the refrigerator but other than that it was good. They have a good selection of pots and pans but I’d like to see more bowls and storage containers since we always like to cook and had leftovers. We look forward to coming back again and meeting new friends.

Wonderful weekend
