This is NOT a party house, and our maximum occupancy is 10 guests. There is NO smoking allowed.

As required by Washoe County, please limit the number of vehicles to 4 cars total and park your cars in the garage or in the driveway (2 in the driveway & 2 in the garage). NO STREET PARKING is permitted. All trash must be placed in the bear box and no trash can be left outside of the home.

In the winter time, there may be snow and ice conditions. Our home is at the top of a hill with some steep roads to gain access. The streets are plowed frequently, but depending on conditions, tire chains and/or 4 wheel drive may be needed to get to the home. No refunds will be provided due to weather/snow conditions or inadequate preparation for winter driving.
