This is a very cozy and comfortable 2-bedroom, 2-bath upper floor property with green accents and a peek of the lake through the trees. Recently painted and new flooring. The McCloud complex has manicured lawns and most units have a one-car garage and pleasant decks to sit out on in the summer and BBQ. They are all within a few blocks of the Hyatt Regency casino.

Sand Harbor, Kings Beach, and other State Parks are open and offer rentals for SUP & kayaks.

The Incline Village beaches are presently closed to the general public per Incline Village community board. You may read that Incline beaches are open to Recreation Pass Card holders and Punch Card holders - however, these cards are issued to residents and are not available for your stay.
