Very clean room with everything we needed. The buffet breakfast was huge and delicious! Many options to choose from. We arrived at 1am and we were very quickly in our room and comfortable within in minutes. Would definitely stay here again!

It was a very quiet hotel given the location. The buffet had many options, but was a little overpriced. Wine was extra. Beds were small but comfortable. Shower decent.

Repeat stay disappointing

I have stayed here several times. The place is ok. The food is good and the food service people are great. I have had difficulty with the front desk agents in the past, but this time a guy named Alex was the worst check-in agent I have ever encountered at this hotel. Rude and condescending and a horrible listener (an important attribute when a multi lingual international hotel).

Stayed at this hotel for a 20 hour layover in South Korea. Everything was efficient from check in to check out. Our room was very comfortable. The concierge was very helpful & provided good recommendations for dinner in the city proper, which was around 15 minutes from the hotel by taxi. Breakfast buffet next morning had varied selections & the food was tasty. We definitely recommend staying here if u have a short layover in Incheon.
