The line up when first arriving to the hotel after taking the shuttle from the airport was over 30 minutes long just to check in. I was then told there is “no air conditioning in Korea” by the lady who checked me in. This is false, as my previous hotel in Seoul had excellent air conditioning. It was very difficult to sleep, as the temperature in the room read 28.5 degrees celsius, it was stuffy and hot; and there is no window to open either. There were black hairs in the bathroom on the countertop and shower. The best thing about this hotel is the variety at the breakfast buffet.

The room was nice. Food options was good. The shuttle is a great service, one of the drivers was really lovely and efficient with luggage. I ordered room service and a robot delivered it. I was so excited that I locked myself out! Was a fun experience. Having a convenience store onsite is an excellent idea. I arrived late stayed the night then went to Seoul to explore for the day, then made the long trek back to Incheon, stayed another night then got an early flight out in the morning. Great value for money. Next time I will get an Uber back from Seoul instead of struggling with public transport.

Perfect location . Great staff.

Brilliant . Very helpful staff. Arrived late so no eating choice, and had to catch early flight but a perfect location . Shuttle was too long a wait so front door staff got taxi in 2 minutes .

It's close to the airport but it's a bit tricky to find the shuttle bus, and shuttle bus is on schedule, so you may have to wait a while if you miss one. No shopping or dining options around other than the only restaurant in the hotel. You will need to take cub to the downtown area if you would like to experience local food. Hotel staff can call cub for you, but extra charge is added on top of normal taxi cost.
