I liked its proximity to the airport and free shuttles. I also liked my room. It was modern and cozy. Lastly, the convenience store in the lobby was also a highlight for me, even though I checked it very late.

This is a nice airport hotel. Good spacious room very clean and tidy. As it is close to a runway there was noise from aircraft throughout the night but this didn’t cause any issues. Also it is some distance from T1 so need to allow 15-20mins to transfer across but there is a free shuttle bus with regular departures. Also 24 hour convenience store in the lobby is very useful for drinks and snacks for late arrivals or early departures.

Mina at Ibis Incheon is the best. Always have a big smile and truly want to help each customer. The room is clean and spacious. Great buffet style breakfast with freshly made noodle soup, smoked salmon, salad bar and coffee. Ibis overall is an excellent choice. Ibis Incheon is perfect for people who want to rest after a long international flight.

Check in process and room were good. But had a terrible experience in Sauna where power went out no one showed up to help. My daughter was so scared in the dark. Shuttle buses didn’t have a clear sign as to it is going T1 or T2, diver didn’t announce where it is going either. I ended up at T1 when I should have gone to T2, causing an hour delay getting to the right terminal.

The property is not as close to the airport as it appears to be. It is a 20- to 25-minute bus ride to and from the terminal. There is nothing near the hotel (restaurants, shopping, etc.). The hotel itself is very nice. The in-hotel restaurant is more than adequate and is a buffet style for dinner and breakfast. The breakfast is worthwhile and should be purchased!!

The bedroom was amazing, I really enjoy the stay even though it was for a short night before my flight! My bedroom was facing the aeroport so, as some comments have said, we can here the plane, but since I sleep with earplug it doesn't bother me at all and the bedroom worth it!
