Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM.

To preserve the tranquillity of the surroundings, parties and events are strictly prohibited.

Electricity is charged at €0.35/kWh, and the cost will be deducted from the €300 security deposit. The remaining amount will be refunded at the end of your stay, after accounting for any applicable charges.

Please note that the tourist tax is not included in the booking price and must be paid separately in accordance with local regulations.
