Our apartment with about 55 square meters was newly built and is located in a new residential area of Sautens in the front Ötztal. In a sunny location with a fantastic view of the Acherkogel, it offers everything for vacationers who do not want to do without style and enjoyment on vacation. In just a few minutes you are on foot in the center of Sautens with its shops and restaurants. You live on 55m² + 40m² garden terrace with 1 bedroom and 1 living room with kitchen and bathroom and toilet separately.
