Welcome to The Burgess Room, a private studio apartment in the heart of historic Kimmswick - a very walkable, quiet little river town. Located one block from LaChance Winery, this town boasts many shops, restaurants and amenities you won't find anywhere else in St. Louis.
This cozy and private studio has just what you need for a relaxing stay. It offers a private entrance, up a few stairs and just a few steps from the parking area. The studio has an open and spacious floor plan, with an expandable dining room table, a comfortable queen-sized bed with Casper luxury mattress, and an adorable kitchenette with a tile backsplash stocked with all of the tools and spices you'd need to get started on your stay. A Roku TV with streaming Spectrum cable TV is mounted on the wall above the Keurig coffee bar. Hold all of your clothes and items in the large walk-in closet, right next to your very own in-unit laundry room. The bathroom is bright and features a glamorous walk-in, full sized tile shower and high gloss tile floors.
You'll be very comfortable staying in this studio - it's perfect for someone looking to relax and get away from the city!

- Paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out. The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property.
