Excelente custo benefício, estacionamento próprio, hotel fica quase ao lado do Imperial Shopping, deu pra ir andando. Café da manhã gostoso, piscina disponível até 22h. Só tenho elogios.

Café da manhã tinha variedade, mesmo chegando cedo sempre tinha que pedir pra repor, o café inicia das 06h30 às 09h, se chegar 07h30 já não acha muita coisa. A fechadura do meu quarto estava ruim, o cano da pia do banheiro estava vazando, choveu e entrou água pela frecha da janela e molhou o chão do quarto, pessoa da área da piscina fica fumando e fedor vai todo pro hotel, as câmeras de segurança muitas delas não funciona mais, principalmente do estacionamento e entrada e saída de veículos, TEM QUE MELHOR MUITA COISA!

Foi uma experiência horrível. Até hoje nada nem parecido aconteceu usando o Hotéis.com. Ficamos num hotel fantasma, tipo um hotel falido que alguém resolveu colocar em funcionamento, religou a energia elétrica (menos no chuveiro) e começou a vender com tarifas pelo triplo do preço que deveriam, diante do que oferecem. Tudo velho e decadente, marcas de pernilongos espalmados na parece, mobília caindo aos pedaços, roupas de cama e banho transparentes de tão velhas e sem chuveiro elétrico. O café da manhã é fraco mas é o que tem de menos ruim no contexto todo. As fotos são bem fiéis ao que a gente encontrou, seria caso de pedir indenização.

Lugar péssimo, quartos horríveis . Tive que trocar de quarto 4 vezes , café da manhã não muito bom pois algumas vezes os alimentos estavam azedos , higienização dos quartos péssimas, hotel muito descuidado e se chovesse molhava em algumas partes do banheiro.

A única coisa que posso reclamar é do café da manhã. Por toda a decepção que tive com atendimento, estrutura, quarto e limpeza eu achei que me decepcionaria no café também. Mas o café eh bom, com variedades. Quanto ao restante, atendimento fraquíssimo sem nenhum esforço em ajudar o hóspede , quarto só o mofo, Tc quebrada sem funcionar, frigobar não funcionando, camas velhas, roupa de cama suja com fios de cabelo, banheiro com mau cheiro e fechadura do quarto com defeito.
