The EifelNatur holiday home is located in the idyllic volcanic Eifel town of Immerath, nestled between two marshes, the Immerather Maar and the Pulvermaar.
The house is located on the outskirts surrounded by green meadows and trees. The extensive property around the house with tall trees and seating in the green offers the ideal atmosphere to find peace and relaxation. Since the access road is a cul-de-sac without through traffic, the holiday property is also ideal for families with children who find plenty of space to play and run around.
A mountain bike route passes in the immediate vicinity, the Maare-Mosel bike path is only approx. 4 km away. All around there are numerous paths for hiking or walking.

The spacious 4-star apartment EifelNatur 8 "Holzmaar" is on the first floor of the house and is new and comfortably furnished in a country house style and is certified with 4 stars. The apartment extends over 2 floors and has 7 beds in 3 bedrooms, a hallway, 2 bathrooms, one with shower / toilet and one with bathtub (with shower function) / toilet, a kitchen and a large living room with dining area and direct access to the Terrace.
Two bedrooms offer a wonderful panoramic view of the countryside and the town.
The large bedroom is equipped with 3 beds (one double and one single bed), baby bed and changing table and has its own satellite TV.

We obtain the bed linen and hand and bath towels from a laundry service. So we can offer you first-class, hygienically clean quality.

The spacious terrace offers you a charcoal grill and a large table with chairs and invites you to linger and enjoy.
On the common terrace and the area around our holiday homes there is a table tennis table and a children's playground with a swing and slide, a climbing root and seating in the green. In the recreation room in the neighboring building there is a pool table and a foosball table for free use as well as a sauna.

We also offer a beverage service with beer, cyclists, lemonades, sparkling wine, various wines and various snacks as well as a bread service.

Herfstvakantie in de natuur

De woning was voldoende ruim, warm en alles was aanwezig. Er staat een gezellige grote zetel waar we allemaal (7) in pasten na de grote wandelingen van die dag. De keuken is niet erg groot maar heeft wel alles om een lekkere maaltijd te bereiden. De gastheer en -vrouw zijn heel vriendelijk!

We gebruikten het als uitval basis voor bezoeken aan kleine en grote toeristische plaatsen. We waren verbaast over het grote en schone verblijf. Dorp zelf was minder m.u.v. het eten in landhaus schend

Prima huis

Hartelijk welkom geheten door de eigenaar en zijn vrouw. Huis was netjes en schoon, we waren met 6 volwassen. Alleen de badkamer beneden was niet helemaal in orde, oude douchecabine waar de deuren niet goed sloten en daardoor de vloer nat was na douchen. De eigenaar vertelde dat er een nieuwe douchecabine zou komen! We wilden graag extra handdoeken die kregen we was geen probleem. Wat wel jammer was dat de sauna die in de beschrijving stond niet in het huis was maar aan de overkant in een ander huis, ook de genoemde speelkamer met biljart en dergelijke. Het zou goed zijn dit in de omschrijving van het huis te melden! Voor de rest een prima verblijf samen met onze motorvrienden, en kunnen het aanbevelen! Familie en vrienden uit Tolbert.

Voortreffelijk verblijf in de Eifel

We hebben een fantastische vakantie gehad in deze vakantiewoning. Aan alles was gedacht er ontbrak niets. Het was een fijne schone woning. De ligging zeer centraal in de Eifel. Familie Divossen zijn zeer gastvrij en doen er alles aan om het verblijf zo prettig mogelijk te maken. Zij verdienen echt een “10”.

Familie Urlaub mit Enkelkind und Familie

Wir waren fünf Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind. Sehr viel Platz und gute Ausstattung. Babybett und Wickeltisch,Waschmaschine vorhanden. Erholung pur. Waren alle sehr zufrieden. Super und nette Gastgeber. Toller Service . Brötchen Lieferung an die Haustür. SB Bereich von Getränken bis Naschereien. Region zum Wandern und Radfahren super geeignet. Oder einfach die schöne Eifel und Moselregion mit dem Auto erkunden. Gastgeber jederzeit ansprechbar. Sehr zu empfehlen.

große, gut ausgestattete Wohnung

sehr saubere, geräumige Wohnung mit wunderbarem Blick ins Tal und auf den Ort. Die angebotene Sauna war kaum zu benutzen, da im "Ruheraum" ein Billardtisch, Tischfußball und Dartsscheibe vorhanden waren, kein Stuhl, geschweigedenn eine Ruheliege. Ansonsten hatten wir einen entspannten Urlaub.

Große Ferienwohnung

Alles sehr schön. Neue Vermieter und auch die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung ist groß und sauber. Küche relativ klein, was aber kein Problem ist. Sogar Garage für die Fahrräder gibt es! Umgebung klasse, vor allem für Wanderungen und Radtouren.

Gerne wieder!

Wir haben ein wunderschönes langes Wochenende hier verbracht! Die Ferienwohnung Nummer 8 war groß genug für zwei Familien mit Kindern und bot alles, was wir für unseren Kurzaufenthalt benötigten. Selbst an Spülmaschinentabs und Filtertüten haben unsere Gastgeber gedacht! Die Begrüßung war sehr herzlich! Unsere Gastgeber standen uns jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung und waren ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Von Immerath aus erreicht man mit dem Auto in einer halben Stunde das wunderschöne Cochem. Aber auch zu Fuß gibt es einiges zu entdecken. Entspannte Wandertouren, auch sehr gut geignet für Kinder, lassen sich von hier aus unternehmen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Tolle ruhige Lage

Wir hatten die Fewo für ein Familientreffen genutzt. Für 6 Erwachsene genügend Platz und gute Ausstattung bis auf die Spülmaschine die für so eine Wohnung definitiv viel zu klein ist. Vermieter haben uns freundlich empfangen und alles wissenswerte erklärt. Brötchenservice sehr gut da nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit doch recht weit ist.

Super Vermieter / Klasse Wohnung / Tolle Aussicht

Wir haben die Wohnung insgesmat mit 6 Leuten bewohnt. Das Wohn- Esszimmer ist super geräumig und lädt einen zu langen Abenden mit Freunden ein. Die Küche hat alles was man benötigt und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Bäder waren sauber und ordentlich. Schlafzimmer alle samt geräumig und sauber. In der Umgebung gibt es vielfältige Möglichkeiten für schöne Wanderungen und Naturerlebnisse. Auch die Mosel ist mit dem Auto schnell und einfach zu erreichen. An- und Abreise war perfekt organisiert. Die Vermieter sind sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Einfach nur empfhlenswert.
