Prima Lage, an der Möblierung des Wohnzimmers besteht deutlich Luft nach oben, die elektronisch gesteuerten Jalousien folgen einem geheimen Steuerungsplan, das Schlafzimmer 2 ist wegen der Dachschräge eher jüngeren, beweglicheren, Menschen zu empfehlen.Das Haus steht in der zweiten Reihe, was Auswirkungen auf den "tollen See- und Alpenblick hat."

Die Wohnung war perfekt für 2 Ehepaare. Sehr komfortabel. Schöne Einrichtung, schöner Balkon. Die Insektengitter an allen Fenstern und Balkontür sind sehr von Vorteil.Allerdings sind viele Spinnen im Gebälk.Das System für die Markise haben wir nicht verstanden. Sie fuhr mal aus mal wieder ein.Der Kühlschrank müsste ausgetauscht werden. Er kühlt nicht richtig, weil das Gefrierfach voller Eis ist. Die Beschichtung der Pfannen sind stark beschädigt und eigentlich nicht mehr zu benutzen.Gefärdet die Gesundheit. Es war relativ sauber. Aber eine Grundreinigung der Küchenschränke (Türen) und alle Fliesen im Badezimmer wäre angebracht. Vielleicht noch ein Vorhang an der Badewanne?Aber insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr gut mit Blick vom Balkon aus zum Bodensee.Bei Anfahrt gut schauen - man ist schnell vorbei und muss dann, da Einbahnstraße, wieder außen herumfahren und neu anfahren.Eine persönliche Schlüsselübergabe (Schlüsselkästchen mit 4-stelligem nicht gut einzustellendem Zahlencode - ähnlich Fahrradschloss) und Einweisung (Besonderheiten, Bedienung der Elektrorollos, Müllentsorgung, Waschmaschine, etc.) wäre uns lieber gewesen, als alles selber herauszufinden.Der vorhandene Ordner mit verschiedenen Hinweisen sollte gleich sichtbar auf dem Wohnzimmertisch liegen - nicht in einer Schublade.Der Rollo zum Balkon war leider unten und defekt - der Schaden wurde aber am nächsten Tag behelfsmäßig und am Folgetag richtig behoben.Negativ ist zu bewerten, dass nur 1 Parkplatz zur Verfügung steht und in der Nähe keine Möglichkeit besteht ein weiteres Fahrzeug abzustellen.

Seeblick ?!?

Die Lage wäre super; wenn das Haus nicht in der zweiten Reihe stehen würde. Der Seeblick ist außerdem noch durch die hohen Bäume verdeckt. Ansonsten: kurze Wege zum Strand, zum Einkaufen, Gastronomie, gute Busverbindung

Wunderschöne, großzügige Ferienwohnung , die komplett ausgestattet ist.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.Allerdings sollte man nach Möglichkeit nur mit einem Auto anreisen, da es nur sehr wenig/ keine freien Parkplätze in der Umgebung gibt.

Urlaub am Bodensee als Rollstuhlfahrerin

Die wunderschöne Ferienwohnung ist auch bedingt für Rollstuhlfahrer geeignet. Im hinteren Schlafzimmer kann man prma mit dem Rolli ans Bett fahren, auch ist die Toilette im angrenzenden Bad gut nutzbar. Im vorderen Bad gibt es eine begehbare Dusche. Es war super!super!,und zu Zweit

Das Objekt entsprach genau der Beschreibung im Internet.Die Wohnung ist ruhig und in zweiter Reihe gelegen aber mit seitlichem Seeblick von einen großzügigen Balkon aus.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Super Lage der Ferienwohnung

Alles super bis auf Kleinigkeiten wie fehlender Staubsaugerbeutel, Klarspüler und Salz für die Geschirrspülmaschine. Steckdose für das laden meines E Autos konnte ich einmal nutzen dann wurde die Zufahrt von anderen Fahrzeugen blockiert.
