The room was comfortable and well equipped. The rest of the resort is old and shabby. We received no instructions on arrival for any pool times, check out times and dog areas.

We never even got to check in. We checked in online before 6p. We arrived at 7:10p, (after 6pm) and they did not have record of our checkin time. The way that they do their "LATE" checkin is that they pass it off to the owner of a local resturaunt and they handle it. They were not notified and had no record of our time, very confusing. We left after waiting an hour to go find a different place to stay. We would like to be refunded since we never were even given a room to stay.

We chose this property because it had family rooms and ample parking for our vehicle while we hiked the Coastal Path for a few days. However, we felt that we were staying in a college dorm, with a dance party next door. Also, it's a mile up a steep hill from the quay. The staff were very helpful with logistics and sorting out a snafu with our left luggage. It all worked out, so I give it three stars.

very clean & tidy apartment, mattresses comfortable but disappointed with very flat pillows & only one each & NO toiletries or soaps of any sort, only half a toilet roll also. Staff helpful with a problem though. Bar & soft play is great. Didn’t have time to use the swimming pool but looked good. Didn’t end up eating there either cause we were too late. They don’t serve breakfast, which found odd. No entertainment in the may half term either.
