I've used this hotel many times for more than one week at a time, but they never greet me such as "Welcome back!" or "Thank you for using the hotel always." They are always too business like. I hope they are a bit more friendly. The hotel is very comfortable to stay though!

Perfect bed

秋の飯田は松茸、キノコ好きには最高である。ホテル周辺は個人経営の居酒屋、ラーメン屋に不自由することなく、大手コンビニもあり、駅近であり、ホテルの朝食も地元のものもバイキングメニューにあり、大満足である。来年の秋もまた訪れたい。

二連泊させていただきました。 【よい点】 ・清潔感、とても好感持てました。 ・スタッフの対応も必要最低限でとてもスマートに対応していただきました。挨拶もよかったです。 ・アメニティー、セルフなので要らないものを持っていく必要がなくてありがたいです。 ・部屋のレイアウト、トイレとお風呂が別なのがとても気持ちよく過ごせると感じました。よくあるカーテンはどうしても清潔感が無くなるのでうれしいです。 【悪い点】 ・特になし 【要望】 ・周辺のおすすめグルメや楽しめる場所のオリジナル地図があるとうれしいです。

改装された様子で外観、室内ともかなりキレイな印象でした。 残念なのは、宿泊室内のトイレに鍵がなく、複数人で泊まると非常に不便。 立地は飯田駅から徒歩圏内なので、とても良いと思います。 第二駐車場からは少し歩くので、クルマの方は少し不便さを感じるかもしれません。

シルクホテルに泊まりました。 この建物には大浴場がないため、道路を挟んだ本館？の代用苦情が利用できますが、大浴場は規模は小さめで普通程度です。 大浴場が離れているためか、部屋のバスルームとトイレがワンルームでなく、普通のホテルに比べて快適です。 少し歩くと中心市街地で、食事場所も多く安くて美味しい店が多いです。
