Staff was very tense. Room was clean but not really thinking about convince no coffee or tea in the room just a small fridge. Drinks Water was available at a cost. The morning breakfast was a good experience

Located in Covilhã, Santa Eufémia Covilhã Hotel is in the mountains, within a 5-minute drive of University of Beira Interior and Praca do Municipio.
No where to eat, when I ordered in I was made to go to my room to eat by the male night staff member very rudely. The room was ok but very loud when surrounding guests used the facilities in the bathroom. Basic and clean but wouldn’t stay again.

Everything was great, but the hour-long massages cost too much. Breakfast was outstanding. Front desk was very helpful. Rooms were compfy.
