A classic 1966 A-Frame with both historic charm & modern mindful touches, this cabin was designed as a place of peace, serenity, & natural beauty. Our commitment to eco-friendly, organic, & upcycled materials can be found throughout the home. The mountains are calling... peace, rejuvenation, & a hot tub await! (Note: Up to 2 Pets Welcomed with Pet Fee. Please add your pets to the reservation)

The Space:
Take in beautiful woodland views from the floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room, and be rejuvenated by the soothing natural light that gently filters in each morning. Enjoy breakfast or lunch al fresco on the deck, and be sure to take time for some stargazing in the lovely outdoor seating area.

The Clarity Cabin was designed to be a place of mindful contemplation and spiritual wellness. A place to "disconnect, to reconnect" in the glorious mountains of Idyllwild. Because of this, you will find NO TELEVISIONS in the house. That being said, the home is equipped with high-speed WiFi if you need it for work or would like to bring your own screens/devices.

- UP TO 2 PETS WELCOMED, a non-refundable pet fee of $100 for additional cleaning does apply. Please make sure PETS ARE ADDED TO YOUR RESERVATION and that you have messaged us letting us know you'll be bringing your fur babies so we can schedule extra time for housekeeping when you check out - THANK YOU! Not adding your pet to the reservation will result in additional fees, Thank You in advance for your cooperation.

Also, it should be noted that the CLARITY CABIN sits on the same property as 2 other wellness cabins, with a beautiful communal outdoor space in addition to your private outdoor space. We invite you to meet and commune with fellow travelers in the "Gathering Grove" under towering Cedars and Manzanita Trees - complete with cozy Adirondack chairs, a hammock, and tree-shaded benches throughout... but if solo quiet time is more your thing, you can chill in any of your 3 private outdoor areas (private front deck, private side deck, private Juliet balcony).

Your exclusive outdoor spaces feature cozy patio furniture, a table for eating alfresco, outdoor solar lights, and beautiful nature views to enjoy.

Round out your trip with a beautiful meal at Alpaca Cafe, or a morning coffee at Alpaca Coffee and Tea - located just a 10-minute walk down the road. The town center of Idyllwild is a quick 3-minute drive from the property, or a beautiful 30-minute walk - along with hiking trails accessible within a 5-10 minute drive in all directions.

Hoping to bring a few more folks with you? Check out the "Wildland Loft" and/or the "Wildland Zen Den" - located on the same property. Please note - NO PARTIES, NO LOUD MUSIC are allowed on any of the Wildland Wellness Lodge properties, and the space is NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN under 12. As an offering of gratitude for visiting, we are happy to provide each guest a taste of the Wildland experience. Our company, Wildland Organics, specializes in mindful, minimalist offerings for hair, body, and home that you will get to experience throughout your stay. Luxurious and organic oils, soaps, and mists made right here in Idyllwild will be at your disposal to enjoy. You will also receive a welcome gift bag to take home with you, featuring travel-friendly versions of some of our best-selling offerings.

Guest Access:
Guests of The Wildland Clarity Cabin are welcome to enjoy all outside areas in FRONT of the cabin, including the communal "Gathering Grove" space.

Parking is limited to 2 cars. Photos indicating parking spaces will be sent to you prior to check in. Please only park in the spaces assigned to The Clarity Cabin to avoid inconveniencing other guests in the surrounding cabins on property.

10 minute walk to coffee/tea and brunch/lunch.

10 minute walk to beautiful vista lookout.

3 minute drive to the main part of town.

5-10 minute drives to many hiking trails.

20-30 minute drive to water play: Lake Hemet or Hurkey Creek in one direction, and Lake Fulmor in the other.

The Neighborhood:
The Wildland Clarity Cabin is walking distance from Mile High - one of the town's most popular restaurants for Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner! Specializing in classic American breakfasts, and both American & Pan-Asian lunches/dinners - Mile High is a fantastic spot not to be missed! Live music most weekends, call or visit their IG for a schedule of music. ALSO - Alpaca Coffee and Tea is right next door to Mile High - such a treat to just walk 10 minutes to great coffee!

Getting Around:
You will need a car in Idyllwild - there is no Uber or Lyft here. We are 1.5 hours from Palm Springs Airport.

4WD or AWD highly recommended during winter months, but FWD vehicles can be accommodated. Chains are required for ALL vehicles during winter months in case of snow storms.

Interaction with Guests:
We live down the street - so we are always available for anything you may need. Our cleaning team is often on property to use the laundry building, and our maintenance team is there weekly to keep things looking fresh. A full-time tenant currently lives on property and acts as our eyes and ears, making sure the Wildland Wellness Lodge fulfills our promise to provide a peaceful and restorative atmosphere for our guests.
