We had a great room. Just my wife and I and our dog. Enjoyed the onsite restaurant. It was raining on Sunday and they let our dog come in with us to eat. Will definitely stay here again.

We stayed in a Queen suite, #8. The room was quite small so the queen bed was placed up against the wall on one side preventing someone from getting in and out of bed on that side. We ended up moving the bed away from the wall so that my wife or I could get out of bed. Otherwise, the room was clean. No view of the mountains as was stated on the website.

Slice of heaven

Absolutely amazing! I booked one night and about twenty minutes later decided to book a second night through hotel tonight. I was worried this would be a nightmare as I requested that the two reservations be combined so we wouldn't have to check out and check back in, which I was told we would have to do, this was a bummer. Upon arriving at the hotel we were warmly greeted, even though we had just come off the PCT and smelled rancid. We were offered a very sincere apology that the two reservations could not be combined - we expected to be homeless from 11am to 4pm but the office offered to hold our bags and we wanted to see the town anyway so no big deal. The next morning to our surprise at checkout we were told we could simply leave our bags in the room and not vacate for the 5 hours. EXCELLENT customer service! Rooms are fresh, clean, and new. Very comfortable beds. All the staff were beyond friendly and helpful, this includes the staff at the restaurant. Food and drinks were fabulous as well. This place is a real gem.

Rooms were clean. Whoever designed the property site did a great job. However, whoever designed the rooms didn’t make them feel like you’re in the mountains or feel warm. They sort of dropped the ball on the interior of the rooms. It is a very clean property. We appreciated that.

We loved the quaint little cabin rooms with bunk beds. The wall in kinda thin with the other cabin room sharing the unit. Still was so nice. Comfy bed, nice patio area. The common areas were always well maintained, except the rec room. The pool table and other equipment seems dated and abused. Overall we loved it and we're going back.
