Clean but hard to sleep

Bed and pillows were hard and uncomfortable. There was no window in the room. Walls and ceiling are so thin you can hear every movement and every word of conversation in the room above.

We enjoyed our stay in the property. Rooms were very clean and the front desk folks were nice and professional. However, our room was not ready when we got there. We had to wait for an hour. Not a biggie during this particular stay because we weren't really tired and we were able to use the game room but I thought I'd mention that. I wish there were kiddie shirts available for sale at the office. :-)

I liked that the room was clean however other than that I can’t think of anything else I liked. I guess I can add that the property is well kept. Our room was pretty disappointing, heater/ac was a mess despite calling for help on resetting the temp we were left pretty cold at night. The tv never turned on, and the queen bed is more like a full.

Disappointed with condition of our cabin and service from front desk staff. Kitchen in our cabin was missing several necessary items, living room tv did not work, feather bed pillows were very uncomfortable, no extra blankets were supplied, electrical outlet cover was missing and a few other issues. I reached out to front desk shortly after check in, but their response was dismissive and curt so I did not contact them again during our stay.
