Its a cute home-very poorly stocked, no instructions avout checkout, wifi passwords, hot tub use or anything. They advertise and aell the property on the hottub but it was cold and dirty. I wanted to like this place-it has potential but it was a major disappointment

5 Star - Perfect Stay for a Group in a Peaceful Setting

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful four-bedroom home in Ammon, Idaho. It was spotless, modern, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was quiet and peaceful, yet close to everything we wanted to do in Idaho Falls. It was the perfect fit for our group of seven, with plenty of space for everyone to relax. We truly enjoyed our time here and are already planning to come back again. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Home in a Great Location

This home is perfect for families! It’s bright and open, well decorated, and has great amenities- including a basement theatre, air hockey table, board games, hot tub, and kids play structure in the community park out back. The community it’s in is quiet and peaceful and safe. There are horses next door which you can hear, but no smell at all. The park out back is open to the community but the backyard isn’t fenced, so any one in the park can see into the home through the windows leading to the back, but we didn’t have that issue while staying. However, the primary bedroom had severely stained sheets with no extra set of sheets so we could change them out, and there were no extra linens or towels anywhere in the house that we could find. So if you use all 5 beds/3baths, there are no spares other than what’s in use. Also, water pressure during showers was an issue. Overall a good stay, and with a little more attention could be one of the best properties in the area.
