BEAUTIFUL APARTMENT WITH POOL OWN TERRACE & STUNNING VIEWS OF MT TEIDE & SEA

Built on the side of a ravine with amazing uninterrupted views of the coast and Mount Teide, this tranquil setting offers the perfect place for a relaxing holiday. The apartment has its own private garden and terrace with stunning views and has just been completely renovated with a new kitchen which has new saucepans, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils so you can make yourself completely at home and cook your favourite dishes. The fully tiled bathroom is also new with towels provided, and there is a comfy sofa bed for a 3rd adult or child.
There is a separate terrace which has a natural stone pool, shower and WC. Along side the pool is a wood burning pizza oven, separate barbeque and kitchen where you can relax and share the facilities with other guests. There are beautiful gardens with flowers and fountains, and the apartment overlooks our own vineyard and neighboring banana plantation.

There are 2 other apartments LA FUENTE property 8927243, and Los Cernicolas property 10356681 at the same location so that friends and families can enjoy a holiday and the shared facilities together.

We are a 10 minute walk to shops bars and restaurants and the TF5 where buses can be caught for Puerto, Icod, Garachico, San Marcos, Santa Cruz, Los Cristianos, and Playa de las Américas.

The local attractions include Punta de Juan Centellas at the end of the road where there is a natural pool and the locals fish. San Marcos is 3.8 miles away with its beach and small harbour with bars and restaurants serving locally caught fish. Charco del Viento is 4.3 miles away with it's natural pools for swimming and fishing it's a place of natural beauty. Cueva del Viento has the longest vulcanic lava trunnels in Europe and is a place of scientific interest 8 miles away.

Nice apartment, great terrace

We had a pleasant stay here. The apartment was equipped, we only missed the hair dryer. The hosts were kind and helpful. The weather seemed more cloudy during our stay than it was in the west coast.

Very comfortable stay, owners were very helpful. Lovely view from the property, very clean and inviting. Only snag - the satnav on the car hire took us up the mountain to a dead end!

Absolutely Lovely!

I'm not sure which was more lovely... the charming and fully equipped apartment itself... the idyllic vineyard setting with the ocean view and ocean breeze... or the hosts who make it all so welcoming, friendly, and memorable. Contrary to a previous review, I found this to be an excellent location without a car. There's one steep hill, but then you have super easy access to an excellent Tenerife public transportation system that can get you anywhere you could want or need to go. . Easy peasy! All in all, this review could be one word long. Paradise!

This is a beautiful property just as described in a quiet area of the island. We really liked it. It is just as described and the communication was prompt and helpful. It was a perfect peaceful base. A car is required for this stay. We advise not clicking on the address as we ended up at another number 18 some 4 miles adrift!! Follow the sings for Lidl and the Hospital. It’s an unusual junction with Lidl on the right Hospital on the left, carry straight on and just before the 60 mph sign there is a right hand turn that takes you to the property. Thank you for a great stay.

quiet location with the birds

great location and surprisingly quiet for being near a small town. the property is accessed down a small road, along a ridge. the house looks across a valley of vegetable and fruit growing. there are three holiday rents together but all quite separate from each other with more than enough private space. the communal outdoor space is extensive, with a small pool, grill area and plenty of areas to sit, either in the sun or the shade under established trees. linda and vicente were perfect hosts - they have us food for arrival and looked after us very well. a few nice short walks direct from the house down to the impressive cliffs above the sea and around the coast. would recommend!

Peace in the valley

The villa was beautiful with marvellous views over an agricultural valley and birds of prey flying at eye level. Gloriously peaceful. The villa had everything you could need. Linda and Vincent even provided all the basic foods you would need. With there own supply of fresh bananas. Lemon, avocado's and papaya. It was in easy reach of several large supermarkets. We had a hire car and travelled to different locations around the island. Would definitely recommend this villa and will be definitely returning. Thank you so much Linda and Vincent.

Lovely quiet location, lovely apartment.

A really lovely studio apartment that is in a quiet rural location. The apartment was very clean and well stocked and the owners left us a really nice welcome pack of water, wine, bread and fruit. Vicente was very welcoming and helpful. I would highly recommend this apartment if you just want to get away from it all but..... 1. It is a long walk from any facilities and that walk is not a great one. Part of it would be walking along a main road with no path. Also, there is not really much to walk to in terms of restaurants and bars, nothing great. 2. We went in November and the weather was significantly worse than the South of the island. 3. Parking is not for the feint hearted. Didn't bother us but just be aware. Other than that I would definitely stay here again.

Peaceful spot, beautiful cosy apartment, sunny terrace - so relaxing

Welcoming hosts Linda and Vicente have made this a delightful place to stay - the studio apartment furnished and decorated with great taste, and with pathways of flowers, cactus and trees all the way down the slopes. A very generous welcome pack was provided and every comfort thought about. Parking was a bit tricky initially but we soon got the hang of it. The lower terrace with sun beds, bar-b-q and pizza oven was beautifully crafted - wonderful workmanship and lovely views too. Thank you so much. Maureen and Roger

Comfy bright self catering haven

Beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, apartment with a view over vineyards and banana plantations to the sea beyond. A lovely private balcony to soak up the morning sun. Friendly, very welcoming hosts, who provided everything we needed including a large array of provisions on our arrival - very welcome as we were tired after navigating the twisty roads in a new hired car! You do really need to have a car to get the most out of this property which is well placed to easily explore the North coast. Highlight for birders are the falcons and kestrels you can watch on their level as they fly by. Thank you so much Linda and Vicente - may your grapes and gardens flourish!

A wonderful week in a beautiful place

Linda and Vicente's apartment is an absolute delight. The photographs are very accurate. It is bright, very clean and beautifully furnished with a great eye for detail, quality equipment and very comfortable bed and sofa.The apartment was so welcoming at the end of a long day's travelling with fridge and cupboards well stocked with all the essentials to get started as well as treats of wine ,cheese and fruit.It is wonderfully light with fine views. These get even better from the very private terrace where you can sunbathe and gaze out to sea and across the baranco over the small scale working agricultural landscape of bannanas, grape vines etc.Linda gave us a tour of their land and it was amazing to see how much they have achieved in 5 years transforming essentially neglected wasteland into a thriving and productive "Garden of Eden", I even picked my first ever HUGE avocado! The terraced gardens around the apartment are beautifully planted with a wide range of subtropical plants,there are fountains and mosaics etc and everything is so well kept and clean and tidy .The plunge pool and barbeque area , complete with bread oven, kitchen and loo is fantastic too. We had the place to ourselves as the other 2 apartments were not quite finished but this will be a lovely area to socialise in in future.It was a bit too cool for the pool but we had a great evening around the barbeque watching the twinkling lights of boats at sea. Linda and Vicente were the perfect hosts, friendly, helpful and informative as well as sensitive to and respectful of their guests' privacy. We really enjoyed ourselves and hope very much to return and to continue to explore the lovely landscape of North Tenerife. You deserve every success Linda and Vicente, best wishes, Jill and Ian

Appartement très propre, lumineux et calme avec vue sur la mer, le Teide et la campagne et proche de commerces d'alimentation. Un léger bémol : il y manquait quelques ustensils de cuisine. Le jardin est un mini jardin botanique très agréable. Les propriétaires sont facilement joignables et très réactifs en cas de problème. Bref, nous recommandons cette location.

Apartment mit toller Aussicht

Wir haben besonders die Aussicht aus den Fenstern und von der Terrasse genossen: Über das Meer, die Klippen, Bananenplantagen und die Berge (inklusive Teide). Es ist ein wunderbar ruhiger Ort zum Entspannen, ein bisschen abseits der üblichen touristischen Hotspots.Alles war wie beschrieben. Das Apartment war mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten, inklusive einer Heizung für kühlere Stunden. Linda und Vicente sind freundliche, zuvorkommende Hosts. Empfehlung!

The two hosts were very friendly and helpful. The flat was very well furnished. The location private and quiet. We were there without a car, which wasn't a problem as there was a shop a quarter of an hour away and a well frequented bus stop. However, the house is on a steep slope. You should therefore be reasonably fit. A few minutes down the slope there are impressive cliffs and the wild surf of the Atlantic to marvel at. Le logement idéal !

Nous ne pouvions espérer mieux. L’appartement est très agréable, niché dans un jardin, avec sa propre terrasse et une terrasse partagée avec une petite piscine. Le logement est très bien équipé et très propre. Les propriétaires et la personne qui s’occupe du ménage sont très sympathiques. Tout était parfait.
