We renovated a 10x30" 1962 mobile home into a perfect tiny house with a deck as big as it is. Warm and cozy inside with everything you need to make yourself at home. One mile off HWY 42, easy parking, and room for a boat and trailer. Firepit out front, and our night sky is something to behold.
There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. The bathroom has a bathtub or shower and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.
Take in the views from a garden.
A complimentary breakfast is included.

This was a great trailer to stay in the pictures make it look smaller than what it is still cozy but definitely enough space and nice for two people, and the use of the fire pit is definitely clutch and the homemade Cinnabons are quite delicious and warm up well they were so good we couldn't finish them, if I'm ever out this way again I'll most likely use this spot since I liked it so much

This place is relaxation at it's best. It's a country setting & we're country folks so it was perfect. Susan was a great host , everything was as it said & we enjoyed ourselves tremendously, will go back for sure.

Little Bit is amazing!!

This place is an amazing gem! The property manager is phenomenal! They are so very thoughtful putting together this little place. Yes it may be little but it is definitely a great fit to be able to lay our heads during competitions! Thank you for sharing your place with us! We are blessed!

Little Bit guest house

Little Bit guest house worked out very well for us. We stayed the weekend for a 3-gun match at Gadsden Shooting Center. As Gadsden is just a short 14 minute drive, Little bit made it way more convenient to get back and forth to the range before and after the match. Even though we didn't use anything to speak of, as we made our acquaintance with little bit, there was much thought going into putting it together! Don't think I noticed anything that was really missing if we would have needed something for "home" life. So thoughtful! We enjoyed what little time we spent here!
