The hotel and Hotels.com Complete Failures

Disgusting this hotel should never have been on Hotels.com. The safe was a wood box, the balcony door to the unit was broken and the lock to the main door was not how a hotel door lock should be. Was assured would receive breakfast for fasting timings prior to booking this was refused on sight. Aside from the hotel I immediately requested the cancellation of the booking and was assured by a hotels.com agent I would receive said refund. They never followed up nor helped in anyway. I realize Hotels.com where I have spent over 30k this year is not a reliable site to ensure you are taken care of when something goes wrong. Won’t use them again
