1. Dirty carpet, blanket, sheets 2. Smelly room 3. Nobody comes to clean the trash 4. The property manager argues that we should come to her after check-in so that she will fix them instead of fixing before we check in. 5. The hotel does not look like a hotel. It's some old building. We did not feel safe as the entrance is open to all.

Staff were friendly and helpful, and location was convenient for our trip to DC. Unfortunately, the original room we were placed in did not have towels, and the new room we were switched to smelled like smoke despite it being designated as non-smoking. The facility is a bit dated overall, and rooms could have been cleaned better. Breakfast was good, though. Overall a decent value.

The rooms, cleanliness, location, and breakfast options were excellent. I traveled with a child during the peak bloom weekend and had a great stay overall. However, the breakfast area could use improvement. The current space, approximately 12x12 feet, is quite small for the number of guests. With 60 people trying to get food and find seating, it felt overcrowded and uncomfortable. Expanding the breakfast area to accommodate more guests would greatly enhance the experience.
