Dream vacation for 2 people in all seasons on the "most beautiful island"
the mildest climate of the Adriatic for active and lazy people.

Magical, comfortable stone house with fantastic sea views in a listed,
beautiful village Velo Grablje on the south side of the island 6 km from the
Hvar town located.

The house is located on the edge of the village on a 900 sqm terrace garden plot
- before that only intact nature, the sea and the islands!

On the ground floor: 1 living-dining room, chic kitchenette (electric stove, dishwasher,
Fridge. Shower room (washing machine) .Wifi and satellite TV

Upstairs: a spacious bedroom with air conditioning, 1 double bed and
1 single bed.

In front of the cozy living room on the terrace, you can have a glass of wine

A tranquil oasis with wonderful hosts. A perfect getaway in Velo Grablje, island Hvar

We recently had the pleasure of staying in a beautiful stone house in Velo Grablje, Island Hvar, and I must say it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the hosts welcomed us with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. They were incredibly helpful throughout our stay, making sure we had everything we needed and providing valuable tips to explore the area. The house itself was a true gem. The charming stone architecture added a rustic touch, and the highlight was undoubtedly the amazing terrace. It offered breathtaking views of the serene surroundings, creating a perfect spot for relaxation and unwinding. The hosts had gone the extra mile to furnish the house with high-end appliances, making our stay comfortable and convenient. One of the things that made this place truly special was the tranquility that enveloped it. The peaceful atmosphere allowed us to completely unplug from the hustle and bustle of daily life. It was the ideal escape for those seeking a serene retreat amidst nature's beauty. Despite its serene location, the house was conveniently situated just a short 10-minute drive away from the nearest beach. This balance between being tucked away and having easy access to the beach made our stay even more enjoyable. We were so impressed by our experience that we're already planning our next visit. Idyllisch mit traumhaften Blick

Wunderbares, liebevolles Häuschen mit super schöner Terrasse und einem traumhaften Blick bis hin zum Meer. Wir hatten absolut entspannte Tage und haben uns extrem wohl gefühlt. Entspannung pur in Velo Grablje

Wir hatten mit dem Steinhaus von Valerie & Djani die beste Ausgangslage für Ausflüge & Sightseeing, schwimmen in den netten Buchten und konnten in der Konoba im Ort bestens essen. Das Haus liegt absolut ruhig am Ortsrand mit einem herrlichen Ausblick aufs Meer und wurde liebevoll saniert und eingerichtet sodass es keine Wünsche offen läßt. Man braucht zwar für die Ausflüge und zum Schwimmen gehen das Auto aber dafür ist man in der restlichen Zeit in einem kleinen, wenig touristischen malerischen Ort und kann vollends genießen und entspannen.

3 Katzen inclusive…!

Keine Frage, die Lage, der Ausblick und die Ruhe des kleinen Häuschen ist sehr schön. Die Anfahrt direkt zum Haus ist sehr spektakulär, am besten mit einem kleinem aber PS starkem Auto, da es sehr eng und etwas steil ist. Der Dorfparkplatz ist ca. 500 Meter entfernt. Wir wurden nett und sehr hilfsbereit von unseren Vermietern empfangen, aber in dem Zuge wurde meiner Frau auch gleich gezeigt, wo das Katzenfutter und die entsprechenden Näpfe stehen damit wir die 3 hier immer anwenden Katzen versorgen können!!!! Sorry, aber das geht gar nicht, ohne dass es in der Beschreibung mit dabei steht! Meine Frau hat eine starke Katzenallergie und unter diesen Voraussetzungen hätten wir niemals dieses Häuschen gebucht. Die Katzenhaare waren überall, die Auflage der, leider nur einen Liege war nicht zu benutzen und der Hängeschaukelstuhl war die meiste Zeit in Beschlag einer der Katzen. Wenn man sie nicht gefüttert hat, kratzten sie an der Türe. Das waren auch nicht irgendwelche Dorfkatzen, die ab und zu mal vorbei kommen, so wie es unsere Vermieterin begründen wollte, nein die waren immer hier und man merkte genau wo die zu Hause sind. Leider wurde unser Aufenthalt dadurch vermiest und deshalb fällt meine Bewertung auch entsprechend aus.

perfekter, wunderschöner Urlaub

Dieses ist eines der schönsten und ruhigsten Hauser die wir je geniessen durften. Alles ist perfekt organisiert und hat einen ganz besonderen Flair. In einem traditionellen, sehr gepflegten Steinhaus den Blick auf das Meer zu geniessen, auf die mit Oliven- und Lavendelhaine bedeckte Hügellandschaft.... einfach wunderbar! Wandern, Boot fahren, schwimmen, sehr gut essen, einmal richtig tief entspannen, viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten und dann noch tolle Gastgeber, ein Leben wie im Traum! Und alles duftet nach Lavendel! Wir können das Objekt uneingeschränkt empfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Traumhaftes Haus - Wir kommen wieder!

Das Haus liegt vollständig ruhig am Rande eines ungewöhnlich ursprünglichen Ortes mit wunderbar freiem Blick auf die Olivenberge und das Meer. Es ist gut ausgestattet und verfügt in der ersten Etage über ein großzügiges und ansprechend eingerichtetes Schlafzimmer. Besonders erwähnenswert ist die tolle Terrasse, auf der man problemlos den Tag verbringen kann. Vom Haus kann man zu Fuß auf einem Wanderweg in 45 Min. bequem den Milna-Strand mit allen Einrichtungen erreichen. Nach Hvar Stadt sind es mit dem Auto max. 15 Minuten. Die Vermieter sind außerordentlich nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen wieder! Für uns ein absoluter Geheimtipp.

Ruhige Lage im Grünen mit unglaublich schönem Blick bis zum Meer

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und vom schönen und liebevoll gestalteten Garten aus ergibt sich durch die einzigartige Lage des Hauses am unteren Ende des kleinen Dorfes ein prächtiger freier Blick bis zum Meer. Das stilvoll renovierte historische Haus liegt sehr ruhig und trotzdem ist beispielsweise die Stadt Hvar über eine kleine Verbindungsstraße sehr gut und schnell erreichbar.

Schon vorweg gab es eine sehr freundliche und informative Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. Auch der weitere Ablauf lief perfekt. Herzlicher Empfang im Ort und eine liebevolle Vorstellung des Objekts. Das Haus liegt in einer einzigartigen Lage. Hier ist Entspannung pur angesagt. Zahlreiche Ausflugsmöglichkeiten runden den zauberhaften Aufenthalt ab.

Ein herrlicher Ort, der Ruhe und Entspannung!

Wir denken wehmütig an das wunderschöne, liebevoll eingerichtete und gepflegte Ferienhaus in Velo Grablje zurück. Besonderss die traumhafte Lage mit dem unverbauten Blick von der Terrasse ins Tal und auf das Meer, haben es uns angetan. Wir haben uns frei und unbeobachtet sonnen können und abends die Sterne bewundert. Die Ruhe ist fantastisch, nur das Zirpen der Grillen ist zu hören. Wir können es sehr empfehlen. Die Betreuung durch Familie Krolow vor und während unseres Aufenthalts war ausgezeichnet. Es war sogar möglich, bei der Lavendeldestillation im Ort zuzusehen, was ein besonderes Highlight war. Als Tipp haben wir eine kleine unscheinbare Konoba in Brunsje (Ortsmitte). Dort kann man leckeres Thunfischsteak vom Grill essen und auf der Terrasse den Sonnenuntergang beobachten. Einen Tag vorher Bescheid bestellen, da der Fisch immer frisch vom Markt geholt wird. Gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis und sehr nette deutsch sprechende Besitzerin. Sehr lecker und gesund läßt es sich auch in Velo Grablje in der Konoba Nadola (vegetarisch) essen. Auf Hvar haben wir festgestellt, dass für manche unbefestigten Wege ein Geländewagen sinnvoll wäre, wenn man einsamere Buchten anfahren möchte. Oder man mietet sich einfach ein Boot.... Wir wünschen euch Familie Krolow noch viele zufriedene Feriengäste! Wir waren voll und ganz zufrieden.

Traumhäuschen

mit seiner persönlichen, liebevollen, bis ins Detail perfekten Ausstattung, diversen Terrassen, Sitz - und Liegemöglichkeiten, der Ausblick über Olivenhaine und Lavendelbüsche (leider waren wir für die Blüte im Juni zu früh dran) bis zum Meer ist wunderschön. Wir stiegen über verwunschene Wege zum Schwimmen in kleine Buchten ab - mit leckerem Essen und Wein. Am Rande des Ortes gibt es eine kleine Konoba mit sehr gemütlicher Atmosphäre und netten jungen Wirtsleuten, oberhalb des Ortes erreicht man in ca. 20 Min. ein gutes Restaurant. Frau Krolow organisierte für uns die Besichtigung der sehr schönen Dorfkirche und den Besuch der Lavendeldestillie. Bei Nachbarn kauften wir Oliven - und Lavendelöl (phantastisch). Bei Fragen konnten wir immer bei Valerie vorbeischauen und einen Abend verbrachten wir zusammen bei angeregten Gesprächen. Liebe Valerie und Djani, habt vielen Dank! Wir möchten Euch und die Insel gerne noch mal besuchen. Christine und Erwin
