- Fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is not our best bit, it's older and in some areas worn, but it is fully equipped & functional with oven, stove, large fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave & all kitchenware

We have off street parking on a concreted drive and a carport. The driveway has a slope at the entry so please take care in low cars not to scrape on the concrete. There is also a carport with a low clearance of 1.85 meters - be careful and know you are responsible for your vehicle and damage to the property. There is further free street parking outside the property.
There are a few steps to access the property - from the ground level to the decks at the front and at back of the house.
There is a small studio in the garden of this property - it is not occupied and not for guest use.
