The cottage has been lovingly restored, beautifully styled & fully equipped. Its log fire promises cosy nights whilst the large back deck, BBQ & leafy yard offer incredible alfresco living.

At Berry St, you can have it all, a central location yet incredible privacy & greenery. You'll feel a million miles from the hustle & bustle of life as you enjoy private bush views on two sides of the property, yet are just a few minutes from the centre of town & white sand beaches that Jervis Bay is famous for. This charming cottage with beautiful features is cosy & comfortable with a truly relaxed, homely feel.

- Bath, separate shower, vanity and toilet in bathroom. Enjoy private bush views from the bath. Luxury toiletries provided
- Fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is not our best bit, it's older and in some areas worn, but it is fully equipped & functional with oven, stove, large fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave & all kitchenware
- Fans & heaters in each bedroom as well as central log fire
- Wifi
- All household essentials such as cleaning / laundry supplies provided
- Laundry (washing machine only) & additional toilet off the back deck
- Travel cot & highchair
- Pets are welcome but please note we have pet conditions to ensure no damage and that pet mess is always cleared up - see our house rules for more info. The yard is also not fully fenced

We have off street parking on a concreted drive and a carport. The driveway has a slope at the entry so please take care in low cars not to scrape on the concrete. There is also a carport with a low clearance of 1.85 meters - be careful and know you are responsible for your vehicle and damage to the property. There is further free street parking outside the property.

There are a few steps to access the property - from the ground level to the decks at the front and at back of the house.

There is a small studio in the garden of this property - it is not occupied and not for guest use.
