Great stay at this property. Great location, and recent renovation was evident. They did a great job. Room was great, bed was comfortable and property well appointed. Only downside was that the Peloton Bike in the fitness center was not working.

Everything about this stay was almost perfect.The only complaint I have is the cleaning staff knocked on our door at 915 and again at 1035 and told us they were checking for early checkouts.Made us feel rushed to leave.There should be a better system in place to not disturb customers.The rest of the staff were kind,courteous, and very accomodating.The bartender also made a wonderful Margarita.

This was our second time to stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. We love it but this time there were some disruptions due to renovations. It was hard to get some rest with all of the construction going on. To make it worse, we had no water on our last day. Apparently the workers cut the water line and we had to check out early. Luckily, the staff obliged and did not charge us for that last night. We still love the Garden Inn, just the renovations took some of the luster off of it. The location is perfect, the restaurant is very good. As long as there are no more renovations going on, we would not hesitate to stay again.

Stayed Friday and Saturday night. Got back to the room on Friday night and received a note saying the water would be shut off in the hotel Saturday from 10 am to 1 pm. Got up Saturday morning and found another place to stay.

The receptionist upon check in seemed to want to be anywhere but at work. The shower did not get hot until TWELVE minutes into shower. The soap dispenser in the shower was empty and the shower/tub did not drain. You literally stood in ankle deep water for the entire shower. We called the front desk to report the issue and we had the pleasure of speaking to the same lovely employee who seemed agitated that we even called. She offered for us to come get some soap at the front desk and that was about it. Would not stay here again.
