Relaxing weekend in a lovely home. Hosts were welcoming and provided everything for the whole family, and more. They checked to make sure we were settled and comfortable, and made sure to let us know they were accessible if needed. Location was perfect - close enough to the beach to access, but a step away to stay out of any commotion. Peaceful, beautiful home that I would recommend to any visitor.

The house was great and in a great location. Things were clean. They had a large variety of toys for kids. Our kids absolutely loved all the different toys they had. The owners were very prompt with responses. Overall, no issues. It was an excellent stay and I would definitely stay there again.

This house has everything you could need! Super spacious, comfortable, and close to the beach. It also has a couple little markets nearby to grab some breakfast food. We enjoyed playing catch on the beach after dinner and spending an afternoon over in nearby Newport Beach. We also really loved that we could park the car in the garage. Fun trip... would definitely book again!

Yen is an amazing communicator and in a timely manner. Prior to my stays through VRBO I always message the host to see if they have certain things we look for in a rental. Doing a lot of cooking on our vacations I asked Yen if she had a griddle because we wanted to make our grandkids Mickey pancakes. She acknowledged that she did not have one but next thing I know I get a message from her saying she bought one and it would be delivered prior to our stay. Sure enough we opened the box upon arrival and had fun making Mickey pancakes on the griddle. That to me is going over and beyond for a guest which we really appreciated. I had other rental questions prior to our booking that I was not sure about and needed better clarification. She immediately responded and helped me understand the rental even better. She was there to greet us when we arrived. Our week was wonderful for the 6 of us. Thank you Yen!

Great location

The home is nicely located near Huntington Beach (3 min walk). It was nice to have a boogie board to use. There were not bicycles as advertised. The neighbor's dog barked and was annoying but that's really our only complaint. Everything was clean and communication with property manager was great.

Great home for a small family reunion

Overall we really enjoyed this property. The place was spacious, spotlessly clean, and comfortable for our group (6 adults plus kids ages 0-4). Pros: lovely location that was just a 6 minute walk to the beach, 5 minutes from the market, not too loud with good parking available. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was spacious and capable to cook large family meals in. The host was incredible at communicating with us before and during the trip.Areas that could be improved: the listing made it seem like there was 4 bedrooms, but one them was actually an open 3rd story loft that was open to the upstairs family room. This didn’t give the privacy we were hoping for, but was serviceable. The kitchen has amazing appliances, but the pots, pans, utensils, cups, bowls and plates were very disorganized when we arrived. We had to open the 30 cabinets and drawers to find everything. Since we were cooking all our meals there it did make it difficult to know if we had the supplies we needed. I think in the future having established and labeled cabinets and drawers would be helpful. This is a simple improvement that could be made in the future. Other than that the kitchen did lack enough chef knives, cutting boards, and baking sheets. The host was VERY prompt though to respond to my requests and helped us get baking sheets for the oven (because the property previously did not have any so the oven was pretty useless). Overall a good find! Happy with our stay :)

Family Gathering

Overall, this is an excellent property for family gatherings. We enjoyed our stay very much. It's close to the beach and other activities. Definitely would recommend it to other families and friends. Yen was good at responding quickly to all our questions and concerns. The gift basket was a very nice gesture. There are a few suggestions we would like to offer. 1) We found that hand towels in the bathrooms were lacking. There were no wash clothes in some of the bathrooms so, we purchased a few. 2) In the kitchen there were no pot holders so, we purchased a few. 3) The garbage disposal was unplugged unbeknownst to us and some food went in there. Ultimately, we dug out as much as possible and then turned the disposal to clear. Perhaps there is a reason for the disposal to be unplugged but, would be helpful to include that in the check-in book. 4) There needs to be extra 13 gallon size garbage bags provided in the kitchen. The ones under the sink are very large. 5) Some of the light switches, mostly on the main floor, could be labeled to make it easier. 6) We were unable to get the dining room tv to turn on. These issues did not cause any major disruption but feel they are worth noting for future guests. Again, we truly enjoyed our stay! The property is lovely and comfortable.

Excellent Location! Beautiful Home!

We were in town to celebrate my husband's birthday with friends who live of state. Our goal was to be close to Disneyland but still be near the beach. I grew up up Huntington Beach so I know the area well. This property is perfectly situated to be close to the beach, but away from the Main Street area. We were at Disneyland two of the three days and the drive was not long at all. The decor and set up of the home (with ample sleeping and living areas) were luxurious and well identified. The bedrooms were beautifully decorated. super comfortable. The kitchen (if you plan to cook) is AMAZING!. Everything about this property was top notch and Yen was easy to work with. We highly recommend this place for families or a small group of adults to enjoy whether you are visiting HB or Disneyland.

Perfect home

This beach house is so luxurious! It is completely stocked with everything you would need. The rooms are beautiful and the beds so comfortable! It is in a fabulous location, just blocks from the beach. There is a great convenience store eight down the street that has delicious deli made sandwiches and the donut store next door, yum!! We will be back.

Dream Vacation

Home exceeded our expectations. It was very roomy, well decorated, modern and comfy with hi-tech amenities. Kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry rooms were well stocked with supplies. We used the beach chairs, umbrella and ice chest. No need to bring much, except a few items of clothing! We walked to the beach and Main Street everyday. Enjoyed the street fair & farmers market on Tuesday. My teen boys loved the home too. We will definitely stay again. Appreciated the welcome basket. Thank you for offering such a beautiful home to vacation in.

Perfect Coastal Getaway

Yen provided us the most amazing stay at her beautiful beach home. Not only was the home gorgeous and very clean, but she even had a welcome basket in the kitchen waiting for us! You don't see this kind of hospitality everywhere. Yen takes pride in her home and in her guests stay and she is very kind and communicative. We enjoyed our time very much, especially sitting outside on the patio and feeling the sea breeze. I could not recommend this property enough!

Well Appointed Beach Home!

Wonderful stay beginning to end! Yen was at the home to greet us when we arrived. Gave us a quick tour and left a sweet gift basket. The house was fully stocked with all essentials including a well supplied kitchen and all bathrooms. The house is a perfect lay-out for large families and a convenient distance to Huntington Beach. Great vacation spot, as there are tons of restaurants, shops, and things to do near by. Would definitely stay here again!

Gorgeous vaca home

We absolutely loved our stay at this beach house! Some days we walked to the pier and downtown and some days we drove. Only a few blocks from the beach and so close to everything you need. The house itself is jaw dropping! The most beautiful kitchen which we spent lots of time in!
