Lost in paradise

1 trouble checking in…noway to communicate with the renter…the guard could not find my name, he eventually found the apartment, he was very kind and guide us in! It should be smooth operation like checking into a hotel…the guard should have list of the customers coming in and where they are staying The place was wonderful and clean.,.but the air conditioner did not work last night in my room ,I ! didn’t know who to call the temperature staid at 80 degree all night! Other than that was a pleasant experience.
