This private, peaceful and sunny beach house is walking distance to the beach. and it is also the property that has the most 5-stars reviews in the entire town of Humacao, which fills us with great pride because that means that I am doing a good job with my guests. Located in Villa Palmira, Humacao this beach front paradise is fully furnished with all amenities, fully air conditioned, surveillance cameras outside de property for more security, wireless-internet, washer and dryer and private pool (Pool Service every week) About 10 minutes away from the house you can visit Palmas del Mar Resort where you will find a Hotel and Casino, restaurants, golf course, tennis courts and you can rent a boat to go fishing or to know about the smaller islands in the surrounding area. Just 45 minutes drive you have the historic walled fortress city of Old San Juan. The tropical mountain El Yunque Rainforest and the beautiful Surfing Luquillo Beach(La Pared) is a 40 minutes drive. El Faro Lighthouse Museum and Las Cabezas Nature Reserve (bioluminescent mangrove lagoon). Also don't forget to visit the small island of Culebra and its majestic Flamenco beach. The port towns of Fajardo and Ceiba, and boats hires for sailing/boating, snorkeling/scuba, fishing, and ferries to Culebra and Vieques Islands, at 5 miles. Be sure to go out sailing from Fajardo on the luxurious 50' yacht, drink& gourmet lunch included, to the small outer islands for great snorkeling. This was an incredible place to stay. Do not be fooled upon arrival. My wife was concerned when we arrived with safety, but the property and area proved to be very safe. We felt extremely comfortable. Check in and check out as well as commuication with the host was exceptional - Norma is great and was very much appreciated. The area was beautiful with the beach just down the street. The house itself was very comfortable and had all the "extra" amennities with regards to cooking - spices, oils, aluminum foil, just all the extra you need when doing some meals at the house. They even had band-aids, bug spray, and other stuff that fortunately we did not need. The pool was amazing and we used it on our down day. The only negative and this was not on the property, but the area advertises that this location is 45 minutes from San Juan. While this is the case when travelling at 12am, it is not the case during regular hours. From 6am to 10pm the actual drive time is between 90 inutes to 120 minutes. The traffic between this location adn San Juan is extremely hectic. That was our only experience that we can say was frustrating. All else was amazing. Enjoy Puerto Rico and this location! We were a group of 5, 2 vehicles. The 4 rooms with individual AC units and 3 bathrooms were great for our group. The living room, dining room, kitchen, and backyard (pool) were also great for our group. We appreciated the secure neighborhood. We felt safe. Laundry facilities and one of those bathrooms having access to the pool was CONVEINENT!Norma was an excellent host. Prompt with her replies and we appreciated all suggestions she provided us. The only thing that wasn't " so perfect" was that the wifi once in a while was spotty (not a big deal for us) and the VERY CLOSE beach by us was way too choppy and windy to hang out at all day. There are several beaches close by and even better for our group, there we were close to the ferry to Culebra so we could check out Flamenco Beach and everything out there. We would absolutely rent againThanks Norma!

We had a wonderful time at this fabulous property! The host was amazing to work with and the property had everything we needed to have an enjoyable stay with 9 people. The house was clean, well stocked, had plenty of space inside and out for our group! We met lovely neighbors, enjoyed the ocean view each morning from the patio and walking the neighborhood. The pool was a fantastic place to relax and have fun with the kids!

Classic PR home. The home is perfect for a family get away - plenty of bedrooms and baths. The front porch is a classic island setting. Pool was warm and clean. The entire property is clean, clean, clean. Well air conditioned. Kitchen has what you need. No dishwasher, so we took turns washing plates. The true gem of this house is the beach and neighborhood - hidden gem!

I would give it more stars if I could! Norma is the sweetest host ever! She was extremely helpful and always responded to any questions we had super quick. The house itself was perfect for us! Plenty of space and everything we could possibly need. The pool is perfect for days you just want to stay in and hang out. We all loved it but mostly my son who was in there every chance he got. The neighborhood is so quiet and friendly. The beach area was a literal dream!!! So perfectly landscaped and clean. It was surreal! There’s a Walmart 10 mins away in a huge shopping plaza and they even have an old navy there too. Don’t worry if you forgot anything behind because you can get it there. There’s a neighborhood little doggie that belongs to a neighbor and he was one of the best parts of our stay! Be good to him and tell him the Ortiz family misses him already! Thank you Norma!

Great for a family vacation! We had a great time at the house and enjoyed the pool very much. The beach was also very nice for walks and to catch the sunrise. We didn’t get a chance to swim as the waves were a little too rough for us. Overall, easy check-in, great communication with the property manager (very good!), Walmart and restaurants very close to the home, easy to access any shops and pharmacy as well. Great amenities, everything you need for the house was already there, and nice surprise in the fridge for us when we arrived, thank you!!! We highly recommend! You will not be disappointed :) we can’t wait to be back soon.

The house was so close to the beach. Unfortunately, we were unable to go to the beach because of the excessive sargassum. We ended up having to drive about 20mins away to find a clean beach. Obviously not the hosts fault.Norma was super responsive. The house was exactly what we needed and even had essentials (assuming left behind by other guests) such as cooking spices, rice, pasta, q-tips, lotions, pool tubes, etc. We added to a few water shoes and spices as well There are a few neighborhood dogs in the community, be on the lookout though, they like to “lead” the cars and randomly pop up in front of moving cars. We almost hit them There are restaurants right outside the neighborhood gate but only one was open during our time there. The preserve is walking distance and so pretty.Overall, it was a great place to use as a base to explore the surrounding areas.Thank you Norma!!

Great home base for our family to return to!

My sister and I brought our families to this home - our group ranged from 19 -59 years of age or older. All nine of us had comfortable sleeping accommodations and space enough to spread out. The gated community made everyone feel very comfortable. We loved the small neighborhood dogs who were so friendly and were always there as we pulled in to the development. Norma was fantastic! We experienced a short problem with the water and she was on the ball and immediately contacted the water company for us. It ended up being an area water issue. A Walmart is very close by as is some very good restaurants that are in walking distance.We very much appreciated the very cold AC especially in the middle of July! The biggest thing everyone raved about was the pool it was beautiful pool with the fountain lights at night…it was perfect and we spent many hours just happy at this home because of the huge pool.It was great to come home to Norma’s every evening after our adventures. Kitchen was well equipped - we made breakfast, lunch and spaghetti and taco dinners and on the night that we stayed home. Norma left coffee for us and we loved it!! Puerto Rican coffee is phenomenal smooth and delicious even the non-coffee drinkers were drinking the coffee!!We really appreciate the cleanliness of the house and all of the extras including the TP the bath and beach towels, linens, paper towels and garbage bags, Ziplocs, etc! Thank you Norma!!

Everything was perfect. The house is beautiful and had everything you could need, even lots of extras like fishing poles, pool toys, strollers ect. Our family of 6 was very comfortable, and everyone loved their stay. The pool is beautiful and we spent plenty of time there. Most of all Norma was an amazing host. We needed to reschedule our stay more than once and she was always accommodating. Everytime we reached out she responded in minutes. There wasn't anything that would make not want to return.

Awesome house and best location

This was my first time using Vrbo since I usually book through a different site, and I have to say—I was seriously impressed! When we arrived, the owner had left us a Mother’s Day cake and balloons, which was such a sweet and thoughtful surprise. It really made us feel welcome. The house was super clean, very spacious, and in a great, safe neighborhood. The beach nearby was amazing literally steps away —swimmable, quiet, and felt almost private. After a full day of activities, the pool was perfect for lounging and relaxing.The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and there were tons of clean towels in the closet. Even though I didn’t bring a baby, I noticed the house had all the baby essentials too, which is a big plus for families.Honestly, the house came with way more than what was advertised—so many little extras that made the stay even better. The owner was always easy to reach and super responsive whenever we had a question.Overall, just a fantastic experience. Cozy, comfortable, and full of thoughtful touches. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it! FYI we travel everywhere and this felt very safe.... we have learned what is not safe.... ENJOY!!! Norma Gracias!!!!!
